How to Get There
Benjamin is helpful and trustworthy person and helps guests with sites to see, places to eat, or overall good hospitality. I was so impressed he helped me find a SIM card for my phone to dial in Panama. He deserves great tips!!! However, the hotel should post more hotel clerks to help the many guests who wait in line. Often, only one clerk is overwhelmed with a line of guests.
One of the best hotels in the city for value and location. Can't beat being next to the El Carmen station, and steps away from El Congrejo nightlife and dining without being too in the middle of it.
Staff here were really amazing, helpful and attentive. We ate at the restaurant several times for breakfast and dinner, and for the caliber of hotel, it is really very nice (far exceeds US/Canada DoubleTree food standards).
Karla at the front desk is a gem and stood out above the rest.
My only recommendation is for softer mattresses... Extra firm is the norm at some hotels these days and it can get bit uncomfortable if you're not used to it, though in fairness bedding is an extremely personal thing and there is no one size to fit all.
We stay in this hotel in my visit to Panama because my local friend suggested it.
The checking was easy the staff were friendly but when I enter my room I was surprised of the bad smell of humidity in the room I was going to complain but I decided not to, it was late at night and I was tired and hungry. I decided to have dinner in there restaurant I order the tuna and that was a mayor disappointed it was very dry bland and under cook I send it back and it came back so well dene I didn’t eat it at the end .
it didn’t take me long before I notice that this was a mediocre restaurant with terrible bad food and not a good wine selection . The hotel is well located in a nice and safe area, room are spacious and clean, staff were pleasant ready to help
Over all it was okay I won’t stay in this hotel again I will try something different.
Our room’s walls were so thin that we could literally hear the adjacent room’s guests peeing, flushing, yawning, and full conversations. They got up at 5am and we got all disturbed. I’m sure the hotel did het complaints about this room before too but they haven’t done anything about it. When we complained, they just apologised. We were in a hurry so didn’t get time to push back more. But honestly, so disappointed!!
The best hotel I've have been in Panama. Strategic location, excellent support. Everything. Pool is awesome. The more I like being there was the help I got from all of the members of the staff (Carla, Charlene, Alonso, etc.)
Thank you so much.
