Elegant Palm Beach resort with all the trimmings including a splurge-worthy spa, private beach and morning yoga classes
There’s a free shuttle to the designer boutiques and soignée restaurants of Worth Avenue, but if you never left the property there would still be so much to do, like lounging by the pool or on the private beach—taking a surfing lesson, practicing your serve on one of the two tennis courts, or resorting your inner calm in the 11,000 square foot spa. Once you’ve worked up an appetite comes the tricky part: Choosing between one of the three restaurants—poolside Graze, al fresco Atlantic Bar & Grill, or Italian Jové Kitchen & Bar. The decision gets even tougher on Fridays, when the weekly clambake is in full swing.
In the Area
While in swanky Palm Beach, tour Whitehall, Henry Flagler’s Gilded Age mansion turned museum; take in a match at the International Polo Club; pick up a few finds for the summer house on West Palm Beach’s Antique Row; or restock your closet with this season’s best from the designer boutiques on Worth Avenue, stopping to refuel with a risotto at Bice—they say it’s even better than the one in Milan.
