Didn't expect such great personal service!

Upon check-in and on the stay here was wonderful! The customer service from the front desk was A+. We were able to obtain shuttle service to and from the track and field stadium which was super convenient. We had originally planned on walking but the weather wasn't great so we had a great ride and pick-up! Ideal and easy!! Our room was warm and the fireplace came in handy. The bed and linens were sooo comfortable, I really didn't want to get out of bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Expensive, but a really nice treat.

This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic service. The shuttle service to/from a busy sporting event was a big plus. That said, it is pretty expensive. I'll probably come back for a special occasion when we will be there enough to enjoy more value for the cost. We had a fantastic Sunday breakfast at Marche before we left.

I stayed in the Superior Double Queen room with Fireplace and View with balcony. Spacious room with the biggest bathroom I have ever seen. Hugh shower and a soft bathrobe for you to use. Very helpful and friendly staff . They only have valet parking-worth it. Security parking for valet cars. They are friendly/helpful too. It is expensive but worth it. Also on ground floor a nail salon. Did that - it is expensive. Enjoyed/loved my stay

Just a great experience overall. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Lovely experience. Only thing that would have been nice would have been if the hotel actually had a restaurant inside. This hotel didn't.

Best Experience Ever

I am pleased to report that this fine establishment lives up to and even exceeds all expectations. My wife and I are not wealthy by any measure, but that didn't stop the entire staff from treating us like royalty. We truly had a five star experience at this hotel. I nearly forgot--the fitness gym is state of the art.

Everything is first rate. The entire staff from top to bottom are incredibly kind, competent, and professional. You get a genuine warm smile every time you walk through the lobby, as familiar friendly faces inquire about your well being. The hotel is in ship shape: sharp flooring, clean carpets, beautiful lighting, multiple quick elevators (including an extra layer of security), soundproofed, and free snacks galore. The cleaning crew is top notch and took very good care of us over our five night stay.

We enjoyed staying in a room on the top floor with the deck overlooking a courtyard where live musicians play on Fri-Sat evenings during wine tastings. The room has a beautiful bathroom with a sliding, frosted door and is complete with a glorious, tiled shower, as well as one of the most uniquely cool mirrors my wife has ever seen. The room comes complete with a comfy king bed, fireplace, and micro fridge. Our second night, we asked to use a microwave and five minutes later there was a knock at the door-- delivering our very own microwave.

The hotel also has a fine dining restaurant around the corner and where the breakfasts are incredible--try the French Toast. There are upscale shops and it is within walking distance of downtown. The area is beautiful and we were really pleased with the location. We felt safe the entire time. There is a garaging fee each night for parking, but you are not required to use the valet service to park.

I highly recommend staying in this hotel for anyone interested in visiting Eugene, or Oregon in general. Thank you to the wonderful staff for a terrific experience during our stay!
