Love to stay here when visiting the area. No car needed for dinner; you can walk across the street to fashion island for your choice of a dozen or so great restaurants. Not to mention great shopping!
I love the patio out back. Ask for a room in the tower with an ocean view. It’s a walk through the convention area but quiet and scenic upstairs above it all. Plus the concierge lounge is on the 12th floor.

Hotel was average but the spa was decent

Convenient but not really a romantic get away hotel.

We visited for a night. For the price paid the room was fairly average. The room was small and dark. We did have a view over the golf course and down to the see but it also included a view of the parking lot

The room was clean but in general the whole place felt a little worn.

Bikes are available however it is a little out of the way from the action.

I’d recommend this place if you are trying to house a lot of people for a wedding who don’t intend to spend much time in the hotel itself.

The spa on the other hand while again a little worn was lovely. The staff were delightful and their eucalyptus steam room with cold foot plunge after is lovely.

The have a small pool and an outdoor hot tub available. The hotel is very close to a large shopping mall so you can walk across the street for food and shopping.

Very good indeed

Arriving off a late flight is often a good way to assess a hotel - and the Newport Beach Marriott passed with flying colours. The welcome was warm and helpful, and the room was excellent.

In fact, all the staff we dealt with were very good indeed - helpful, constructive and friendly. We appreciated the small bottles of water given to us by one particularly friendly and helpful staff member. .

My room was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. my travelling companion's room had a sea view while mine overlooked Fashion Island and vast numbers of palm trees. The hotel's design is open and airy.

It's expensive, but located in an expensive area so that's not unexpected. It was an enjoyable stay.
