Excellent Experience!
Reviewed 7 hours ago

I stayed at the hotel for a conference. From check-in to check-out, it was an excellent experience. The staff could not have been nicer, the food was great, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I was travelling alone, but I could really see how the hotel made a great effort to accommodate families who were in town to visit Disneyland.

Great Hotel Experience; Come by Car

The hotel experience was topnotch. Staff is sincere and pleasant. Rooms are spacious and updated. The location is seedy and unappealing, in an area that is close to nothing. Come by car and drive to your destinations.

In Need of TLC

Facility is showing its age, wear-and-tear, and it ain't pretty. Rooms are small, bed (mattress & pillows) leaves a lot to desire (and a trip to the chiropractor upon returning home), cramped bathroom with rust smelling water when running hot water faucet. Elevators are as slow as molasses. Staff were very pleasant and courteous.

Great hotel and location

The Hyatt Regency in Orange County is one of the best hotels my family and I stay in when we visit Los Angeles. The hotel is very clean and has state of the art amenities. Great pool for the kids and a firepit at night to make some yummy s’mores. It’s family oriented, near Disney, some nice restaurants, and have a great kids suite with a bunk bed the kids loved. It was hard convincing the kids to leave the suite. Staff are very friendly, helpful and pay attention to all the small details. I give the highest remarks to this hotel and give great kudos to the management for running a very nice place to stay when traveling with family. We’ll be going back for sure.

This place is a scam.

Wow, you wont to go somewhere to get ripped off. Come to the Hyatt by Disneyland. They will charge way to much for everything. Pretend to be a Disneyland hotel and make you pay 4 dollars for a bottle of water. Also if you try and get a water from the bar it will taste like trash. If not taste like the last drink they made in it. That is just the start. Let's just say stick with the bottles at this place. Not breakfast, broken TVs, rude staff, just stay away.
