How to Get There
I stay at this hotel every time I'm in Costa Mesa for work, and I always have a good experience. Its close to John Wayne airport, the hotels are nice and spacious, the toiletries are great, and the hotel staff is helpful. The gym isn't huge, but it's good enough. The breakfast (room service) is great too.
The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. Very nice decor and vibe. The location is great as well. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, theater, freeway, etc. Bryant who worked the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, as were most of the staff. They allowed me to check in 30 min early and to check out an hour later. I ordered an omelette for breakfast that was delicious. I upgraded from a regular room with a water view to a junior suite with a water view. The actual room was worth the upgrade as the added space and layout was very nice. I think the $26 a day to self-park is ridiculous, but it's the "gouging world" we now live in. My biggest gripe was I asked for a room with a water view and my room overlooked the dog park, top of the parking lot and property next door. If I stepping on my tippy toes and looked out of the far corner of our balcony I could see water. Very disappointing. I spoke to the front desk upon check-out and just got shined on. Left a bad taste in what was a wonderful stay. Not sure that bad taste will compel me to visit again however. Honestly would have rated a 4.5 if not for the "room without a view".
We recently spent 4 nights at this beautiful hotel. We can not recommend this hotel enough. The staff are attentive and charming. The rooms immaculate and comfortable. The restaurant serves great food and the bar is stunning
There are many outdoor lounging areas with fire pits and room service available
We love this hotel
had to stay here when there was a flood in our apartment. staff was great and helpful and the location is close to so much! overall enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend to someone visiting from out of town since it is walking distance to south coast plaza.
The staff is awesome; they can't do enough to please their guests.
My business team and I have stayed here on several occasions in the past 9 months and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure.
Tyler; the Front Office Manager has quite the team together. Brayan at the front desk always greets you with a smile; Cassie at the front desk always remembers your name with a smile, Evan and Emily the supervisors always want to help out with whatever you may need.
I am so happy to see that Eric has been promoted to the Valet Manager as he has a smile that welcomes you like crazy when you arrive!
I recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure as stated and encourage you to ask for what you need to make your experience the best as they will not disappoint if they can accommodate.
