Nice hotel but not for biz in toronto

Stayed here on business for two days in July. I will start with the good. Great views, great staff. The decor is dated but well kept. I was upgraded to a ridiculously large suite which was nice but only used the bedroom. Location is on queen quay and they have the Westin running partner program there.

No the bad - at least for me. There’s no concierge lounge. And hotel restaurants are typically expensive. No real close option within a block. Union station is a bit of a walk away too. But for my business travel being on per deim, eating at this place cost me a lot of money. So it doesn’t work for my specific needs but is probably fine for someone staying with a family.

Mr Harry B

Stayed for three nights in a room on the 31st floor in the South tower, with fantastic views overlooking the harbour and the city. Checking in & out was fast and efficient. The room had excellent facilities, comfortable, extremely clean throughout the whole establishment, the staff friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was either from the buffet or you could choose from an Al la Carte menu. The quality, choice and presentation of the breakfast on the buffet was superb. There is also a breakfast chef on hand to cook your eggs to your choice. I would be very happy to recommend this hotel and in the not to distant future I am looking to return to The Westin harbour Castle. Well done to all the team, it is by far the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time.

5 Stars All The Way

We recently stayed at the Harbour Castle and from the first pre-arrival email to the checkout we experienced nothing but exceptional and attentive service. The staff couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome. All pre-arrival requests were heard and acted on. Everything was clean and well laid out. We had a terrific view and a wonderful sleep. I cannot express how great the hotel was and, because of this, it has now become our favourite place to stay while in Toronto. Highly recommended.
