How to Get There
This old hotel has just been refurbished and it is stunning inside. The rooms and bathroom are quite roomy. The service, doorman included, is impeccably old school polite. It's located not far from the Union Train Station and within 5 blocks if you care to roll your luggage there. A cab ride is 5 minutes and $6.50 Canadian. There are some upscale restaurants and pub on site, but there are many walkable restaurants in Old Town close by. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again on our next visit.

Dear Ms Nam
Thank you for your email.
We were woken at 0530 by heels on the floor above room 1046.
When I asked the receptionist at 0630 what was upstairs he told me other rooms and asked me whether I wanted a coffee. I went to the 11th floor to find it was the lounge.
I find it rude that your receptionist felt it necessary to be untruthful. It is a pity because it is a nice hotel. The receptionist at 0930 offered us upgrades and free breakfasts but you have not so I do find your whole approach rather random.
I will be posting reviews with a recording of the high heels on the ceiling.
The hotel is beautiful and located in the best part of Toronto. The staff were amazing, room was amazing best service ever one phone call for anything it was done as soon as I had put the phone down.
I just was amazed everyday with generosity of the hotel be it with water tea coffee fruit ice toiletries in the room was just mind blowing. Keep it up.
