This was a lovely hotel. Rooms very great, very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Deluxe or Luxury suite .. I can't quite remember which one. It had a living area separate from the bedroom which was nice as my boyfriend wakes up early and likes to watch TV until I wake up.

There was a slight issue checking in. Our room wasn't ready and we had to wait and hour. They gave us a $50 voucher for the bar, although we weren't in the mood to drink at 3pm.. we had been travelling and really just wanted to get to sleep.

I would advise guests to call down to the valet for your car about half an hour before you head downstairs to check out. It took almost 40 minutes before our car arrived.

Overall, a nice stay and we will likely be back.

Second Home

My husband and I love the King Eddie in Toronto and we often refer to it as our second home! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, no matter who you deal with they consistently go above and beyond, the food and services offered are wonderful and the overall atmosphere is fabulous. I am always sad to leave and look forward to returning whether for lunch, dinner, an over night stay, spa treatments or celebrating a holiday or family function!

Better than Hilton and Marriott

I am a frequent traveler and really enjoyed my stay at the Omni King Edward. If you are used to staying at Marriotts and Hiltons you’ll find the Omni a step above both in room quality and attention to detail.

Outstanding service

I was thoroughly impressed with the service of the staff at the Omni King Edward. They went out of their way to ensure my fathers 75th birthday was recognized. The guest rooms were well appointed and a great size. We enjoyed the afternoon tea ... a must do experience! I have stayed at 100s of hotels and this experience was top 5!
