Keeps getting worse.....yes, the bottom seems endless

I am not certain what the problem is with this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times of the years and made my observations known:

1) Elite check-in most of the times unattended
2) Huge lines at check-in
3) Despite renovations, really tired rooms
4) Heat not working in room, freezing temperatures

If you dont want to take the chance of getting zapped by the above or are fine with staying at a sub-par property than this is your place.

For all other, I would suggest avoiding this hotel so that the message is finally received that you can not treat your customers this way.

For the hotel management: I did ask you to turn up the heat in the rooms five times, please see your Bonvoy-App chat notes since 3:30am ! And do something about your check-in process, this is not new to you.

Super Hotel in a Great Location

Super friendly staff, rooms really clean, with plenty of space. Very central for everything. The gym was superb. Restaurant was great. Putting everything together one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

A decent hotel but needs renovation/decorating

There wasn’t anything wrong with this hotel, however our room was very tired & jaded looking. I did notice a poster on the door of the elevator which said they have started renovations, but this definitely hadn’t reached our room yet! Even the hallways needed a good lick of paint & looked very depressing. However, our room was large, clean, & well equipped which was the most important thing.

The staff we met were all smiley & efficient, which was a huge positive. The position of the hotel is very central which is its main USP. As it is at the moment, we wouldn’t stay here again. If we’d been allocated a newly renovated room our opinion might be different though. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I’m not sure why they would allocate us a room which badly needed attention, but they did. As I’ve said, nothing wrong with this hotel, but we didn’t really enjoy staying in a room that needed so much freshening up.
