Anniversary weekend

This is THE place to stay in my opinion. Beautiful rooms and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included and it was great. This chain does it all perfectly. Modern, clean and romantic. We will always book here as it is central to what’s happening.

Will definitely return!

We recently stayed at the Hotel Le Germaine Maple Leaf Square to take in a hockey game and enjoy a long weekend. The hotel is contemporary, with an upscale feel. Staff are extremely helpful, and provide a high level of personal service. Rooms are modern, with nice amenities (Molton Brown). Bed was very comfortable, and even my husband noted how much he liked the pillows. A complementary continental breakfast was offered, and it was very nice. Location is perfect; you don't even need to go outside to the arena. We will definitely be back and will stay at this hotel again.

Great Service - very comfy room

Stayed for one night the past weekend. Service was really great, room was very comfortable, and bed was amazing.

Removed one star as the fitness centre is limited in equipment.

Location is great for anyone attending events at Scotiabank Arena (formerly ACC) - it’s literally right next door.

Great stay!

Best customer service I have ever experienced!
Reviewed 1 week ago

If there was an option for 7 stars I would have picked that. When I arrived on the first night of my four night stay I was told there was not a room available due to a mechanical issue. I had to transfer to their sister hotel on Mercer for the night and then a room would be available the next day. This was inconvenient but when I returned the next day I was told that 1/2 the cost of my stay was being refunded and I was upgraded to a suite. The suite was unreal and there was a hand written note from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience along with a tray of deserts. This customer service was absolutely incredible and far beyond what was necessary - the amazing staff turned a bad initial experience into a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Toronto.
