How to Get There
Possibly my new favourite hotel in Toronto. Staff was attentive without being annoying. We had a small problem at our table, not a big deal, but later found strawberries and a bottle of champagne in our room as a sorry. Food is interesting and really good. Rooftop bar on 4th floor is fun without being loud. Great views! Entire place is clean and just has the feel of a well-functioning hotel. There's a new manager of the bars / restaurants - he spent a lot of time just chatting with guests about nothing in particular. This is supposed to be the flagship hotel for all Deltas across Canada - it has earned that title. I'll be back!
We were on the 34th floor great view of the city very busy hotel but the food (breakfast prices were over the top,we had breakfast in a small restaurant 3 min walk towards the lake prices from 6$ to 15$ and it was good free refills of tea & coffee.
Stayed here with my family recently and had a great time. It seems to be more geared towards business travelers but my family enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, we walked to the CN Tower, the aquarium and the waterfront. We didn't move our car for 3 days! And parking in the attached garage was easily accessible and cheap for downtown parking ($30 a day). Had breakfast in the club lounge 2 days and the staff was very helpful and friendly there, and the views are breathtaking! Try to get a room facing the CN Tower or the water, we were facing the city and it wasn't bad at all but the other side would be great!
Once again Lot 41 has dazzled me outstanding bar fare.
This was the best brisket sandwich I've ever eaten. Cooked to perfection and served with a generous portion of "tater tots", (steak fries).
Local organic draft was a surprise and fantastic compliment.
I want to try everything on the menu, but this will be my go to choice.
Serving food til 11pm.
Checked in June 14 with Carter who was friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional - I stayed in 2315 which had a King bed, beautiful view, a separate seating area and a washroom with separate tub and stand up shower. Everything was clean. A nice surprise was to find I could log in to Netflix or Crave TV on the hotel TV which is much better than Pay-per-view movies. Our conference was Friday, June 15th. The two conference rooms I saw were super clean, well decorated and the temperature was decent. (If anything, a touch hot, but normally I am freezing in conference rooms). The food was ok, no complaints. There was a long wait to the elevator around 4:00 p.m., but also 400+ HearingLife employees were trying to get upstairs so totally understandable. All in all, I would happily stay here again or recommend to friends.
