Gorgeous hotel with a wonderful location
Reviewed 2 days ago

I stayed at this hotel on the last night of a business trip after several underwhelming nights at the Four Points, and was blown away.

1) Amazing location...in the heart of downtown, nearly adjacent to the CN Tower, Aquarium, Auto Museum, the waterfront, and dozens of restaurants/bars.

2) Quite possibly the best elite lounge I've ever visited--gorgeous view across the lake, phenomenal food, excellent seating, and one of the widest varieties of drink I've ever seen at the honor bar.

3) Beautiful rooms from top to bottom--amazing linens, great bath products, and gorgeous bathrooms.

4) Excellent service..without asking, when I asked about getting a cab, they had the shuttle waiting for me by the time I came down for free!

Amazing stay--if I'm ever back in Toronto, no doubt this is where I'll be staying.

Lovely Property, Staff and Location

The hotel was lovely, Beatriz who checked us in placed us on the 42nd floor which had amazing views and was warm and welcoming. The staff at the club lounge were amazingly hospitable and the views beautiful. The distance to ripleys Aquarium, many places to eat, the waterfront and CN tower were great. Bell staff got us a taxi quickly and stored our luggage our day of departure, the lobby water was nice as it was hot outside. The room decor was clean, modern and beautiful. There was a fire alarm at 1:20am in the morning which, was not fun however, the announcer kept keeping us informed as to what was going on and it was not the hotels fault. I felt bad many people were so rude to the front desk associates the fallowing day as, had they not been awoken and the building burned or collapsed then, they’d be dead. Thank you Delta Toronto for your hospitality.

Almost Perfect

All in all, this hotel was perfect. Perfect location close to both the home fields for the the Blue Jays and the Raptors and much much more. A staff that couldn't stop asking us if there was anything they could do to help us. A Concierge that made just about every restaurant recommendation for us which were all perfect. An upgrade on our room for a corner spot overlooking the water. Great restaurants and bars. Workout facility. Not too noisy. Like I said perfect. The only imperfection was a slammed roof top bar that was struggling to attend to everyone on a Friday afternoon. It was as extremely low price to pay for everything they did so perfectly. Will definitely go back.

This is it if you're looking for the best located Hotel in Toronto. We were a little nervous cause of the NBA FINALS going on but it hasn't hinder our plans a all. We walked everywhere we needed to go (in the rain) but can't blame the hotel for the weather!!!! Parking situation a little confusing but also not the hotels fault. The friendliest staff wether in person or over the phone. Prompt response to our request and amazing room service food!! Couple days left to go and anticipating a wonderful conclusion to our trip.

Uber from airport was reasonable & not far.
Near union square station, walkable to shopping malls, many great restaurants in the vicinity.
Hotel staff were friendly & helpful, get quick responses for queries from their switchboard. Great cafe for a hearty breakfast. Fresh fruits infused water served near lifts.
Rooms on the lower floors were basic & clean but insulation is poor, can hear noises from neighbors & along corridors.
