How to Get There
Family of four. Two children and two adults. Stayed two nights (Sunday to Tuesday) in premier room.
-Clean and spacious room.
-Jettub was awesome.
-Strong water pressure in shower room.
-had dinner at Tiara restaurant and food was ok but not super great.
-nice swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Clean and well organized.
-front desk and housekeeping staffs have completed the tasks that I requested before arrival.
-Turndown service could be better. Same service as daily housekeeping. At least provide some sweets and open up the bed.
-no hotel porter at entrance and inside the hotel. I drove my car to the front entrance and expecting porter to come out and load off my luggages. Instead, I had to park my car and brought 4 luggage’s to the check in. And still no one offered me to bring luggages to my room.
-no breakfast buffet (hotel made decision if they do buffet or a la carte based on number of customers)
-no HD tv channels in the room. (Come on..we are living in 2018) and limited channels. For sports fans, you may be disappointed.
Overall, my family had a wonderful time at Queens Landing and we will come back for sure.
My husband and I got married here on November 10, 2018 and could not have been more thrilled about the entire experience. To start, the venue is breathtaking, I had so many guests comment on its beauty. The food was out of this world, all of the guests were extremely happy with the meal. I highly recommend the duo of steak and chicken. Rikki was amazing to work with, she put up with my hundreds of emails and was happy to help in any way that she possibly could. She really kept me calm throughout the entire planning process. She was a dream to work with. The rooms at the hotel were stunning and made for amazing photos. I would not have changed a thing about my entire day and I truly can't thank the Queens staff enough for making my dreams a reality. If you are looking for a beautiful and smooth wedding experience, vintage hotels is the company to book with. Lastly, they were also very easy to work with for all of my other vendors. I will forever recommend this company!
My company has been planning conferences at this Venue for more than 5 years and I cannot speak highly enough about their service and amenities. The food is delicious, the coffee breaks are well equipped and their team makes sure that everything is taken care of. They also had great AV support that was available throughout the event to make sure our last minute needs were taken care of. When our guests were not busy in the conference they could relax in the hot tub and pool, work out at the gym, and enjoy the wine tour organized by the hotel.
My mother and I returned to Queen's Landing for a long weekend. We cannot say enough about how well we were treated and how beautiful the hotel looked! We were greeted by name by everyone and asked how our stay was going. The view and ambiance at both Tiara's and Prince of Wales is without a doubt- fabulous! I was also impressed at Queen's Landing how they offered to charge my mother's cellphone - she had forgotten her charger. A wonderful weekend and we will absolutely return! Also, loved our in-room fireplace and jacuzzi! Wow!
We had a very pleasant overnight stay Thursday, Nov 22 at Queen’s Landing, the ambiance is wonderful, the holiday decorations beautiful. We are frequent visitors to Niagara on the lake and this property is our favorite. We enjoy the lake view and the elegance of the hotel. All staff are polite, courteous and helpful. We ate at Tiara and it was wonderful. Our server was Arthur, he had some great suggestions for us. Since this was a R &R trip, we were happy to have time to enjoy the pool facility before window shopping in the quaint town. Life is good at Queen’s Landing.
