The room was big and clean. The service was great. The swimming pool was nice and warm and the towel service was perfect. The food at the bar was good and the people were very nice. The breakfast was really nice (we had breakfast from the menu) . If we will be in this area again we will go back to this hotel!

Wonderful Inn, helpful and friendly staff

From the second we stepped into this lovely inn we were greeted on reception by Garrett who was extremely helpful and pleasant. I mentioned that we were going to the theatre that evening and he explained about the free shuttle to and from town which we then used several time and was brilliant. Lovely coming out of the theatre at about 10.30pm and seeing a car waiting for us. We had a room on the first floor overlooking the pool area. Nice size room, clean, useful to have a fridge and safe. Every evening we had a rose left on the bed and wet towels changed - nice touch. We used the spa and I had the most fantastic deep tissue massage by a lovely man whose name I can't remember. The spa is a very relaxing area and again I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. We spent some time by the pool - a real sun trap. Perfect temperature to cool off after a few hours of sunbathing. Nice to be able to have lunch and drinks by the pool. Checking out was straight forward, Garrett offering travel advice and bottles of water for our journey. We will be back!

Our favourite Hotel in Niagara on the Lake
Reviewed 3 days ago

My wife and I discovered this hotel years ago and it is our favourite get away destination in Ontario.

It is a beautiful hotel that offers package deals for two and three day stays. We usually take the get away package two nights with one dinner and two breakfasts.

The Cannery Restaurant in the Hotel is absolutely amazing food for dinner and breakfast.

The rooms in the hotel are all really nice and the service is second to none. The staff and Management are friendly and helpful and take care of your every need.

There is a really nice indoor and spectacular outdoor pool and a beautiful spa that pampers your every need.

I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Niagara on the Lake that want a great place to stay and relax with amazing food.

a nice getaway from Niagara Falls

Its a nice hotel with good service . The rooms are fine although not as great as i would have hoped . Small bathrooms and it could use an update . It suits the grey haired crowd .Comfy beds and good staff service . However i did place my breakfast card out on my door for a continental breakfast at 10 pm and it was never picked up . had to go to the breakfast room . All in all a nice stay but could use a freshening up for the fee being charged . The Spa service was great
