Excellent View

It was our first time in Niagra Falls. Most of the hotels were booked as we booked last minute. The tower had room left with a view of the falls. It really was an amazing view: probably one of the best in the city. As for the hotel itself, it is comfortable but a little old hat. The shower amenities are nice and the bed is comfortable. It's a little confusing getting up to the room but we managed. It's expensive but we did get a great view.

Totally not worth the money.

We couldn’t have been more disappointed. The only good thing about this hotel are the rooms that have a view - if you’re fortunate to get one. Rooms are tiny. I’ve had larger staterooms on cruise ships. The bed was not really king-size as it was round in shape. Very small bathroom. Only one chair and small desk area. Little storage, not even a place to put luggage. Very small TV. Only restaurant is IHOP. No concierge. We refused to stay there and went to their sister hotel next door - Embassy Suites. Much better to the Tower in every way.

Above and beyond!

I had a wonderful stay at The David Tower Hotel. The entire staff were great especially Itai Zimring, the F+B Operation Manager who went out of his way to help me. I was at the front desk asking for a taxi when he offered to drive me to my brother's apartment for dinner as he was on his way out. He went above and beyond his duty and I truly appreciated his kindness. He is a keeper! Give him a raise! My only comment was the AC in my room was not working very well. Otherwise, everything was top notch during my stay.
