Beautifully clean

Great location and view - overlooking the falls - immaculate rooms. Only downside is that the restaurants and bars are crazy busy. Trying to find a table to eat was impossible. We had to eat elsewhere. But amazing views. We had a rental car and staff member 'recommended' we park at the casino down the road as it was way cheaper. Ka Pai.

Don't get trapped by the selling view

Looks amazing as you look at the sites but the chances of getting a room with THE VIEW are very slim unless you pay premium price.
Also be aware of the parking fees. There is no parking on site and they charge $25/day for valet parking.
Rooms are good and spacious but when you're looking out the window to the city side, not the falls, you can't help but felling cheated being so close and so far away at the same time.
I didn't have much luck with the reception staff either as everyone I spoke was quite grumpy and not helpful..
Hotel location is great though close to all the action

Spectacular view

We book a room with fall view.
View is really incredible, you're just above the falls.
Room and toilet are clean.
Entrance and elevator a bit old.
Rooms on the back side (not falls view) does not worth.
Parking is only ith valet parking service

Great view, if you can get a decent room.

Purchased a falls-view room through groupon and paid extra for a view of the falls. Upon check in (March 31st 2019) the man at the front desk saw our reservation, and gave us a city view, likely hoping we would not complain. When we went downstairs to ask why we were given a city view room after paying for a fallsview, it was quite clear that the employee who checked us in was well aware, and so quickly changed our room. After going up to our new room it was a PARTIAL falls-view with only the American side of the falls visible from quite a distance away. We were not at all happy with this, but seeing as though we were only there for a day did not go back to complain again.

Immediately after having him try and scam us out of the room we paid for, we were hit with ridiculous elevator problems and wait times. Had the "VIP lounge" not had an excellent view of the falls we likely would have switched hotels immediately.

Will not be staying here again, there are plenty of hotels with great views, where I am sure they wouldn't try to give you a worse room despite what you paid for. As for amenities, they were all located at the hotel next door, so you'd might as well just stay at a location where the amenities aren't in a different building.

If you do decide to stay here, ask for room 2912, as it was one with a full falls-view. But I recommend a larger hotel where the staff isn't trying to save one of the few rooms for a different guest.

Looks Can Be Deceiving

My husband and I stayed at this hotel a week ago. Definitely not as we expected. The out side of the Tower needed a new paint job. The room was too small including the bathroom. There was no microwave as stated, however there was a small refrigerator. Friendly staff and a good location. Our view was nice, although it wasn’t of the falls. Had to go to a different floor to see the falls. We definitely will not be staying here again.
