My wife and I decided to stay in this hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary in the hopes of making it memorable by staying in the "honeymoon capital of the world". Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Our falls view, as requested when we booked online, is actually a mere side view of the Horseshoe Falls. The view of the American Falls was okay. We have to go to one corner of the room and push the curtain all the way to be able to see the bigger Canadian Falls! The shower in our room was very small and had a weird "wedge" design as if it was an afterthought; we didn't bother using it all! This hotel also has a super pricey valet parking rate of $45 Canadian dollars, plus tax, which they did not mention in their website. What a scam! No, do not stay in this hotel, you'll be sorry!

Not falls view - hotel misleading in their advertisement

It is a lie when you book online and it says “guarantee falls view”. It is City view from you room. If you want falls view, we were told to see it on the 25th floor. What a joke!
DO NOT stay in this hotel.

I'd stay elsewhere

Not a great experience. The elevators are awful and horrifying. They make noise and shake like crazy. The room is super small the hotel is very run down and room size are small. The staff is nice but I wouldnt stay again. The hair dryer had sparks coming out of it and the jacuzzi tub went off in the middle of the night. Beds are super uncomfortable, hardly slept a wink. The whole place needs some serious TLC

Spectacular view!

My husband and I recently stayed here for the first time and we are already planning a trip back. The view....when we walked in we were both speechless. It was breathtaking! Super close to the horseshoe falls, the photo attached is taken from our room. The room was small but who cares with a view like that! Staff was wonderful. You do pay for parking which we didn't realize but it's betterrible to pay than risk leaving on street. You are within walking distance to most anything. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great view from our room.

The room was on the small side. No coffee in the room. The "valet" parking is crazy. $45 per night, and it's two miles off site. You have to take your luggage on a shuttle bus to get there when you leave the hotel. The view from the IHOP restaurant is fantastic, but it is incredibly expensive!
