Great view, awesome room, accommodating staff!

We were lucky to get the room with central view. It was a memorable stay at the hotel with clean, spacious rooms and decent kitchen. The receptionist (I wish I remember her name) checked for the best room available during check-in and help us proactively. Restaurant may be a bit expensive, but worth to try once for the variety and view. Cheaper & good meal options are available across the street. No matter whatever floor we book in, I believe it will give us a good view because of the way the hotel is built - on a very long pillar! Nice lounge area and there is place to hold our luggage. I love this hotel :)

Wouldn’t recommend

Definitely wouldn’t recommend.rooms are awful staff are very rude hotel is very ran down and in need of a renovation. Don’t waste your money on this place. We got stuck in there elevators after sounding the emergency alarm within the lift 4 times we had no help or reply I ended up phoning the hotel off my cell phone for help

a good experience

I agree with the other reviews about how the hotel is rundown and needs renovation. The elevator and hallways are a little old. The parking fee is overpriced at 45 Canadian dollars.
However, the view from our hotel window was beyond amazing so we did not care about anything else. It was magical to look out and see the falls. I was able to see the sunrise with the falls, which was a magical experience. The view of the falls glowing at night before going to sleep is so relaxing. The only reason to stay at this hotel is the views you get.

Went here with my family just for the breakfast. We didn't stay in the hotel. We love IHOP and waited 30 minutes in the waiting area to go up and eat. It wasn't your basic IHOP food. It was pretty bad and paid over $100 for a family of 4. The view is very breath taking and the waiters will take your picture for you with the view

Unique experience, amazing view!

Very friendly and welcoming staff! From the very moment we walked in, Bonnie made us feel like family (especially since she’s a Pens fan)! We had a Fallsview room and it was amazing to wake and go to bed seeing the falls. We were a bit skeptical upon seeing the outside of the building, but do not worry, the inside is beautiful!
