Hotel is nice parking is AWFUL!
Reviewed 1 day ago

The rooms are small but you can see that in the photos. We had a Fallsview and it was a great view. I was pretty disappointed in the parking situation. They have a “valet” when you get there. He parks your car but when you go to retrieve it you have to get on a bus and get it yourself. If I’m paying $32 to park you should get my car. Great area. Easy access to the incline railway.

Nice view and good quality watch out for extra costs.

Pro’s
The rooms are nice and clean. We had a room without a view on the Falls (our choice) but everyone has access to the view area/ day IHop lunch area which is great! It is right in front of the incline railway to go down to the horse shoe fall Area.
They offered to keep our bikes in their storage area for our stay at no fee for usage convinience.

Con’s
The parking is NOT included and it is 45+tx a night so you do need to take into considération for your overall budget. The parking is outside parking in a safe area (6-8 foot tall walls all around with only one exit with gate. They however make you sign a responsibility disclamer for both the car (valet service) and for what is in the car if anything happens... we thought that was odd. But we have not experience any issues.
There is no gym nor pool but you can pay 24$+tx a day to access. In our case it was charged even if we did not use it ensure you take it off your check in sign off contract if you are not going to use it.

Ruby Wedding Anniversary
Reviewed 7 days ago

Stayed for two nights at The Tower Hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary. We were fortunate enough to be on the penthouse floor and when we opened the door and saw the view over the falls I couldn’t speak for over 5 mins. It was breathtaking! The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel because it looks so different to the rest and not too big. We were not disappointed.

Nice view, shame about the gouging
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Great view of the falls. I had no complaints about the room although I see other had. Unfortunately, the good experience which this could have been was marred by the gouging tactics. Parking cost us $45 for one night. Also charged to our room was a facilities fee of $25 which I thought was compulsory. Maybe it isn't but after 8 hours on the road I was too frazzled to read properly what I was signing. All you get for this fee is internet access, a bus pass (which was no use to us) and a discount voucher for some very over-priced restaurants. If they are going to charge for this, they should be honest about it and build it in to the room rate. The receptionist appeared a bit embarrassed about it when I challenged my bill, not that I got a refund.

Thursday in Niagara

This is my first time in Hotel Tower. I was attracted of its shape of suspended jar .... or air traffic tower .
The parking is outrageous $45 a day ????? Jeez when is only $5 , five minutes walk away ?!
Hidden fees ???? Why would you hide a fee instead to published it honestly ?!
The hallways is dated but interesting .
I liked the room . We had “ city view “ ( nothing to see ) but still nice from 27th floor.
Funny they had a TV with standard power cord too short to reach the outlet . We had to call reception for an extension .
I say is average based on quality / price .
Is worth at discounted price .
