Great boutique hotel

Stayed for a week i November. The staff is helpful, the restaurant incredible, and the place is quiet. They bring a lovely breakfast to your room every morning. I would encourage them to fix their workout room, quite limited for those who want.need to work out.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless. Every last detail was thought of. Welcome cocktail and breakfast in bed was a nice touch. Very romantic place to stay. Would come back for sure.

We had stayed at this Inn before and really liked it. This time was no different.
Upon arrival, we were quite early. They put a rush on getting our room cleaned. They also upgraded us. We were very pleased!
We enjoyed having breakfast delivered to our room. We really love how their continental breakfast comes with hard boiled eggs. Awesome!!!
The coffee is French press, tastey, but could be a bit stronger...needs a little more kick.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
We will stay here again. We recommend it for anyone else looking for something that isn't a cookie cutter chain hotel.

Great stay in Niagara at the Sterling Inn and spa

We had a night away for my husband's birthday and what a great little escape it proved to be. We were upgraded to the master suite with a huge room and breakfast in bed. The on site restaurant was divine too. All services were smooth and staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to put on the return list.

Beautiful Inn, spa and restaurant

My girlfriend and I decided to go for a getaway to Niagara last weekend.

The room was absolutely fantastic! We were not expected such a large space..
We paid for one of the rooms with a jacuzzi tub in it. The tub was massive (even for two people >6'). Everything was very clean and stylish, and we loved the little wooden window that opened up between the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast in bed was a pleasant surprise which I've never gotten before at a hotel. Really nice little breakfast.

We also went for a couples' massage at the spa. We both agreed that our masseuse was the best we've ever had.

As for the restaurant, I can't imagine there is any food in the area that compares. It is fine dining at it's best. We attended the winemaker's series event where wine was paired with each course. It was nice, but it was tucked away in a different section of the restaurant and was a little drawn out (over 3 hours long). I would like to return and experience dining in the main restaurant and try some of the full size dishes.

Really impressed with this place. All of the staff do their best to ensure you experience is top notch.
