Beautiful room

Great location near niagra falls. Rooms have a fire place, a nice smell, and a two people tub. Breakfast in bed was good ( included fresh fruit, tea, juice, eggs, and croissants) and also delivery was on time.

Best hotel EVER

We were a little worried that the Sterling was off the beaten path, but it was only a 5 -10 minute walk to the attractions and Falls area. We are now thankful that we were out of the chaos that surrounds the area near the big chain hotels. The room was huge and very accommodating with a fireplace, walk in shower with multiple shower heads and a Jacuzzi. The breakfast in bed every morning was fabulous! We were greeted when walking into the room by music from the tv and felt very special. The staff was wonderful and we will definitely be back. We prefer the personal interactions with all the staff and appreciate the friendliness and attentiveness. You don't get that in a huge chain hotel. Everything about our stay was positive and we can't wait to go back!

Best Place in the Niagara region!!

We came to golf and play in Niagara Falls and we were so lucky to have stayed at the Sterling Inn & Spa!
From the moment we got there, the staff were so wonderful and accommodating.
The rooms are fresh, clean and relaxing. We never wanted to leave our room. We also enjoyed the restaurant on the premises, AG.
Delicious food and drinks.
We are looking forward to our next stay at the Sterling

Stay for one night on a Sunday, last minute decision, rate was reasonable, hotel nickels and dimes parking fee charged form a lot that was empty. We are local, so if you ask they will remove tourist tax, but only if you book direct with hotel. We book 3rd party as price was cheaper, however hotel will match as told by front desk, you just have to call and ask. I have stayed a Sterling Inn 4 or 5 previous times, hotel getting a bit tired. Super happy I got a reasonable rate, otherwise I would be further disappointed. Likely consider alternate location next time i book in Downtown Niagara

Weekend spa getaway

We were her Friday June 14 until June 16, 2019.
Staff was amazing. Even overly courteous. One of them asked if it was ok to ride the elevator with us. Minor hiccup with our package but staff took care of it right away. We had couples massage. Tim was amazing. Best massage I ever had. We also had the mud bath very relaxing. Can’t wait to get back in the fall. Oh yeah the restaurant was also very good!!!
