How to Get There
Wonderful boutique hotel on the top of Clifton hill, a hidden gem.
The rooms are well laid out with plenty of space , very romantic.
The restaurant is a hidden gem as well , try it out , excellent food and specials on certain nights of the week.
Only complaint would be the high cost to self park , otherwise you will not be disappointed.
Ps the breakfast in bed in a hit .
Staff were friendly and accomodating; facility clean and reasonably well maintained.
Rooms are large; have fireplaces (some gas) which provides a pleasant ambiance.
Choice of "steamshower"rooms or "Jacuzzi" in bathroom. Breakfast is served to your
room (continental) plenty of food and fresh coffee. Coffee in Lobby 24/7.
Fitness room in house is good. Close to many restaurants and other atractions.
Negatives are: No "Power" entry doors...very difficult to navigate luggage cart... need
2 people; Restaurant and bar only open for Dinner (evening) closed Mondays.
No blue box (recycle) containers in rooms. And, of course the double taxes by the municipality (not the Hotels fault) but it is a ripoff by Niagara Falls. Parking fees are $17.00/day which is good by NF standards. Some closer to the falls charge $60.00/day.
Accommodations clean, service great, breakfast in bed included. Walking distance to everything.Spa in building, robe and slippers provided. Very relaxing
This place is truly a hidden pleasure that totally outdid any expectations I might of had! Rooms are huge, and clean with beautiful, modern decor. Free breakfast is great with alot of selection! We had the rain head shower! WOW! Ate at the restaurant, Erika was fabulous and very attentive! Highly recommend Tim and Carolyn for couples massages! I swear my shoulder works better now since I had Tim massage me! One more thing...other than the staff, who were great...the pillows are amazing!!! Thanks again! I'll be back!
Had a wrap and a facial. The staff are friendly and the rooms are sumptuous. I was so relaxed at the end I didn't see to move! Fantastic and off the beaten track in Niagara Falls. Not the usual tourist spot.
