We stayed in room 210 - quiet, roomy, and complete with a fun jacuzzi type tub and quite a fancy shower. Not much of a view if one is just looking out the window but not too far from the Falls (we walked). Lovely people at reception desk. Room was equipped with refrigerator and coffee maker as well as a room safe and a fireplace. I’d certainly stay here again (though, to be honest, I’m not sure what it cost as I write this - we are traveling with friends - they paid and we’ll settle up at the end of the trip so I can’t really speak to value for cost.) Breakfast was quite good. One slight warning: if you use the tub, you should know that when it empties it makes a rather loud, final sucking noise at the end - I guess to get it fully emptied. Startling - I hope the people next door didn’t hear it. The place seems pretty sound proof, however - we heard no one else.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I stayed 4 days here. Amazing place! So close to perfect. Steam shower is awesome. Breakfast in bed was our favorite part. We had a standard room— it was enormous. Lovely decor. Bus stop is a block up. Walk to falls in 20 minutes or less.

Cons— hard mattress. They got a little greedy with charges. I went through a booking site and Sterling Inn passed on a 20$ charge as result. I haven’t seen a hotel do this. Maybe it is standard elsewhere too these days.

I still highly recommend this wonderful place.

Jacuzzi suit

Amazing jacuzzi suit , hard wood floors and spacious rooms.
Showers are brand new and the design is very modern. This hotel does not feature a falls view but it doesn’t need to because it’s style and ambiance make up for the view.
100% amazing
