How to Get There
First off, this place seems strange. There is a milk jug built into facade of building, it is set off the main streets and it is a two floor hotel. In this area - most 2 story hotels are sketchy relics from the past. Set all that aside! This place was wonderful.
Large beautiful rooms
Free room service breakfast (limited set menu)
and outstanding restaurant AG on premises.
This boutique is a nice change from the chain hotels closer to Falls area. I would go here instead and walk to falls.
What a beautiful spot! The location is just off the main strip in Niagara. Would be great for walking if we weren't there in the rain and cold. The Inn itself was so welcoming, and beautiful, and so very clean.
We were only there for one night with another couple. Their rooms was also amazing.
We didn't take advantage of the spa, and that's one of the reasons we will be returning.
They have complimentary breakfast in bed, which was such a great way to start the day.
The jacuzzi and shower were wonderful. The best, super comfortable. Not to mention a fireplace in your room!
We had a seperate area with a couch, tv and mini bar and wet sink. I literally felt like I could live in that suite.
I highly recommend the Sterling Inn and Spa. Can't wait to go back for at least 2 nights.
I have heard wonderful things about the restaurant attached and I also look forward to trying that next visit too
I enjoyed the hotel - good location convenient to but not on the main street, very quiet spot, nice staff. The rooms were huge but not soundproof - there was definitely a lot of noise from the hallway (doors slamming) even though the beds are set back quite a lot from the door there is an echo I guess. Also fans running all night long that you can't turn off that probably sound larger due to the large room. The steam shower was fine, not as great as I'd hoped.
Breakfast was very good and you can choose a 15-minute window to have it delivered. This was definitely my favourite part and added to the value. The spa, though run separately, was also very nice.
I have been here on a few occasions and every time I visit I experience the same quality and excellence of service. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, spotless and quiet. The staff here are very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast which is served right to your door at your selected time in the morning is unique and exceptional. And the restaurant is to die for. I highly recommend this place. It is more expensive in the summer but they have great sale prices in the off season.
This hotel is absolutely perfect. Both my wife and I agree it is without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in!
Parking was plentiful and reasonably priced.
Check in was seamless and the lady who checked us in was happy to offer local recommendations for places to eat. We also were offered a complimentary breakfast-in-bed which was a lovely surprise!
The room was beautiful. All the rooms are apparently unique but I have no doubt that they will all be this good. We had room 201. It was enormous! Basically a suite. The bed was a double mattress 4-poster style but without the aged drapes. Very chic. The steam shower has an actual steam-room setting, we didn’t try but a nice addition. We have absolutely zero negative things to say, highly recommend!
