How to Get There
For the same price I prefer clean but the Hilton is much better
the staff is nice, the rooms are clean, the facilities are too old and noisy
the hotel is well located, but it should be renovated, the parking is too expensive 35 dollars, you have to park your car at the casino is take the card "PAC" to not pay the parking
View was spectacular. Rooms lack amenities. No microwave, no safe, very slippery bathtub. They was no electrical outlets available on night stand to plug in chargers. The phone did not work to reach the desk or anyone. Parking fee is high and inadequate. But view could not be beat.
Please take my advice and do not stay here. This is probably the worst hotel in Niagara...ok, not probably..it is the worst hotel in Niagara.
I booked a RIVER VIEW room and I am currently looking at a parking lot. Although there is a painting of a river, on the wall of the room...maybe that's what they meant by river view.
The hotel is ugly, outdated and feels like you're in a halfway house. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear conversations from both connecting walls.
Nicolas and Alicia, the managers on duty were absolutely no help at all. I calmly tried to explain that I was dooped and misled into thinking I was booking a river view when in fact I got a parking lot view. Alicia actually hung up the phone on me, when I asked her to come see for yourself, whether you can see a river.
This place is a dump. The pictures online do not in anyway shape or form reflect how atrocious this hotel is.
Beware, do not book this hotel. Trust me, book a MOTEL instead, you'll be better off!
