Excellent location and view!

The room exceeded our expectations and their online app for easy check-in/check-out was great luxury to have! We had the 2 room/2 bath suite on a high floor. It was perfect for our family with extra amenities we didn't even know like a gas fireplace in the room and the jetted tub in the bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Lovely room! We will be back!

It was a nice weekend get a way.

Nice and helpful staff. Recommended several places to visit during our stay. Rooms were nice and clean. If you use a credit card to reserve, it will take several days for the hold charges to be added back to the card.

Strong on all fronts

I recently stayed in the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls for a business trip. I found it to be an all-around excellent choice.

NOTE: Don't be confused with the Marriot Fallsview across the street.

Let's start where everyone is concerned: The View

The view from the upper floors is breathtaking and unobstructed. It is at the far end of the strip so things like Clifton hill and the Eye are off in the distance. For the Canadian Falls, however, I'm not sure there is a better view than those offered by this Marriot and the one across the street.

The Staff
Friendly, fast, efficient, and polite. From the doorman to the housekeeping, all extremely professional and attentive.

The Facilities - The pool and hotub are of a comfortable size and easy to get to. The conference facilities are well maintained, and a starbucks, Milestones and full service Marriot lobby bar with light meals make sure you don't have to go far if you're in a pinch, to get good food.

The rooms - The rooms, other than the breathtaking views are very well appointed. I was on a high floor Fallsview, and my room had a small sitting area, the TV was open to HDMI plugin, and lighting and electricity were where they should be. I will note that the bathroom, while very nicely appointed with a rain showerhead and removable wand, did NOT have a tub. This would be a positive plus if you had mobility issues, but if you were looking forward to a bath, you should double check if there are rooms with tubs available.

The Location - The hotel gets its great views from being at the very end of the strip. That means that it's furthest from some of the sights like Clifton hill. Still, though, it's less than 10 minutes to walk to the casino and some of the best restaurants.

While you might come for the views, you'll find everything else you need here.

We were helped by so many great staff in every area we encountered that we will be back because of them. Here are just a few we got, Front desk area .. ANURAG, TATYANA, JOHN, TAMARA. . CHRIS was the friendliest valet helping with directions and advise. TRISH was the best in house keeping. Every morning at Milestones it was MIRELLA, and at the bar area in the evenings it was VENYZE. She was Amazing in herself. A wealth of knowledge of tourist things to see and do... Reward your staff well because they ALL deserve it..

Best views!

Stayed here during a quick visit to Niagara Falls with my family. Definitely pay for the upgrade to a falls view/high floor room. The view is the BEST! We were able to watch the illumination and fireworks at night from the floor to ceiling windows in our room. Room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Friendly staff. Had breakfast at the onsite restaurant the next morning - great omelet station!
