Great View and Location but...

We were there for a three night stay with a falls view room which was fabulous. The hotel location is easy to get to with good parking. We were able to walk about everywhere without problem and feeling safe. However, one of the beds in our room was broken and made a terrible noises when you sat or laid down — since it was myself and my 11yr old daughter we slept together in the one good bed. Housekeeping did not show up on our first day until 5 pm, when we were trying to rest after a long day of sightseeing. They never came at all on the second day! I doubt we would book this hotel again. My 3 out of 5 rating is based on view and location only.

we had rooms with a falls view. The view was breathtaking. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel and the rooms were clean. The wego bus stop was right in front of the hotel making getting around easy, and was walking distance to the falls. the only downside was the elevators were really slow, but you get a group of people in the elevator, that is not uptight, it can be a fun experience. We were lucky enough to be part of such a group.

Fabulous view!!

Great hotel, everything you need. Comfortable bed. Wasn't cheap because of where it was and wasn't really luxury - Right on the falls with a great free bus service. We used the bus to get to loads of places in the area.

Excellent location

I stayed for two nights in two different rooms - one was street view and the other was a falls view. I definitely recommend the falls view rooms if price is no difference. I was able to watch the fireworks from my room and it was fantastic. Each floor has a large window in front of the elevators to see the falls from as well, so that is also an option.

The hotel is right across from the convention center and right across from the blue line for the WeGo. Very convenient.
Since it is not in the core of the action, it is much quieter than other hotels, so that's a bonus.

You must get a Fallsview room

I am a business traveler, so I make 2-3 trips a month for work. I always stay at some Marriott branded hotel. Whether it’s business or pleasure, I am brand loyal. Luckily this time it was a pleasure trip and I’m so glad that I chose this location. I take my niece on an annual trip to a destination she has never been. This year we chose Niagara Falls. I happened to book a room with a view and I was upgraded to a bi-level room. Oh-my! It was beautiful! The window spans 2 floors and overlooked the falls. We were right there over Horseshoe Falls. As my 9 YO niece put it ‘gorgeous’. She lit up just taking it all in.

The room was awesome. We had a living room and bathroom downstairs with a loft area for the bedroom and a second bedroom upstairs. Plenty of space. The rooms were clean and you felt comfy. I wish more hotels offered these types of rooms because I would definitely book them. I enjoyed the room so much that I considered staying one more night.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There’s another Marriott property across the street so it may be difficult to choose between the two. I haven’t stayed at the other but I must say, you cannot go wrong here. You must give it a try!
