Great location - rediculously busy hotel - a bit of a hike to get to it
Reviewed 10 hours ago

If you get a falls view room it is worth it to sit and simply watch the falls from above. Ideally one gets the funicular down to the main Falls level for walking and picture taking. Check in was not great nor was overall service - this is a work-horse of Niagara - well, most hotels there are work-horses of people simply circulating in and out who come to see the Falls. For a one night, it was a good choice albeit a bit too expensive.

Perfect view

Hotel was in a great location so we could easily walk to the falls. We were in room 2117 with a perfect view of the falls. The light show at night was amazing. Check in was quick, valet service was efficient. We had room service for breakfast each morning and it was very good. I have no negatives for our stay and if we return will come back here!

Worst service

I booked a family holiday in an almost $900 per night room. It included a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed for kids. Around noon of the first day I called the housekeeping (“At your service”) and asked for help with the sofa bed and extra bed linen for it. I was told that someone would come. Nobody showed up for the whole day after multiple requests and multiple assurances that someone would show up. We gave up. We shared some of the pillows from the king bed and worked it out... I find it unbelievable that the hotel would simply ignore such a request. To anyone, let alone someone who’s paying $900 a night.

This was just the worst example of the room services incompetence and rudeness in this hotel. We had few others.

And when I wanted to give this feedback in person rather than write it publicly, three different Marriott staff member told me to go and talk to someone else. So here we are.

Not only that I would never return to this hotel, but they are making me reconsider the whole Marriott brand. And I’ve been a gold member for many years. If such a shoddy operation can carry the Marriott brand, then the brand lost its meaning

Nice hotel ... horrible check-in
Reviewed 1 day ago

The hotel itself is very nice and the restaurant is exceptional. We had city-view room which is cheaper. Friends had the falls-view room which is much more expensive but with a breath-taking view of Niagara Falls. The rooms, however, were identical. Our check-in experience was horrible. After being encouraged to check in early and online -- which we did -- we still had to wait three hours for our room, including two hours after the regular check-in time. The hotel did pay for our parking (2 days @ $30) and a bar bill. But it was really frustrating. The staff, though, was very professional and nice. Still ...

great place with beatifull view on the falls

Spacious room had a perfect view to both sides of the falls, and nearby area. The higher floor was a great choice, to have a perfect view to the night's firework. Very romantic.
Very good and large bed for comfortable sleep.
Breakfast was good with lots of choice
Would visit again.
