How to Get There
Stayed Wednesday, December 12th for one night and it was great. Quite time in Niagara Falls so had no problem of getting a space in there $20.00 plus taxes lot. Paid extra for a king bed on the 48th floor overlooking the Canadian and US Falls, which was worth the money. The view of the falls and surrounding park is spectacular with the trees decorated for Xmas. Very quite hotel with lovely beds and linen. Highly recommend as you may pay extra but the location and facilities which were excellent. Breakfast buffet not worth the cost however the Watermark restaurant on the 33rd floor was great for dinner but not cheap.
We traveled from Toronto to Niagara falls and was welcomed to a busy Hilton lobby.
We were help to check-in very quickly and efficiently.
The accommodation was great and very luxurious for a family room and had comfortable space for all. We made use of the pool, bar and breakfast hall. Pool, relaxing, clean and we'll maintained. Bar, great service, relaxing environment and loads of place to sit. Breakfast hall, tons of food and choices, long lines but move quickly and tables become available regularly. We had a short wait but acceptable.
Two negative points for me:
1. The elevator has long waiting periods with elevators opening and it is full. Hotel staff does from time to time operate the elevator with an override to move people quicker to not stop at each calling.
2. The parking was charged and cost us C$60.00 per night. I have traveled and stayed in many hotels in the world and this was the first time for me to be changed such an amount. Not uncommon to change for parking in this location thou. (Cheaper parking across the road was the answer)
All and all great time away and most definitely a great hotel to stay at.
Hope they can improve on the smaller things and that will be even better.
This is hands down one of the best views that you can get, however; extremely overpriced , The entire time we were there it was under construction and loud!! We had to go to another hotel for everything we wanted because of the construction. They didn’t offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Just doesn’t make since to speak in all of this money and still have to go to other hotels for amenities. Disappointed 😖😢
My husband and I stayed here for a night away in November. We had a King sized room with a view of both the American and Canadian falls which was worth the money for the upgrade. The queue for check-in was incredibly long when we arrived but we were luckily able to skip it with our Hilton Honours membership. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a great size for the two of us. There are a number of restaurants within the hotel and it's located conveniently across from the casino. Clifton Hill is only about a 20-minute walk away as well. The only downside was the cost for one night is quite high, but that's to be expected in Niagara Falls. We had a wonderful time and we'll definitely book here again in the future.
It took over 45 minutes just to find a parking sport on site with a rather high cost to self park (30.00). Once to get your bags to the main lobby, it was lined up in ques back and forth and took 74 minutes to reach the check-in counter. Even here, they were not friendly or helpful. Supposedly free parking with show tickets but denied. No breakfast included and when spending $300.00 for a single night is unacceptable! The pool is closed! I will say that the room was very nice and comfortable and very clean but next time we will stay elsewhere when in town for a show!!
