Bad experience

Hotel restaurant was closed most of the time we were there which was unusual since it was over the weekend. We never were told why. False fire alarms going off the in middle of the night. Never a heads up or an apology. Won't be back.

I enjoyed the water feature in the large open lobby. I loved swimming under the stars in the pool on the 3rd floor rooftop. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

My husband and I showed up for a 3 night get away and concert at the Bok on Saturday only to find out that the King room we had booked were all gone. We only found this out once we lugged all of our luggage to our room to find 2 double beds. One bed had a hole the size of a ping pong ball in the top sheet/comforter. The other bed had a large stain the size of a dinner player on top. We called down to request the king room we had prepaid for and were told none were available nor would any be available the next day. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that they did refund our money for the stay. At least I think they did. They could not offer any confirmation number for the refund but did give me their business card. My husband and I then had to find a new hotel and could only find one hotel for the first night (La Quinta) and then moved to the River Spirit casino for the next two nights. It pretty much ruined the first day of our trip.

Was a very nice looking hotel inside and out, friendly staff and nice parking garage that was secure. Restaurant and bar were great as well. Located right in the heart of downtown Tulsa within walking distance of the convention center

Not So Much Luxury
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

For a luxury hotel I was quite shocked. I would have thought the beds would have been softer and nicer, the tvs larger, the valet a little nicer, and the concierge to have a little more pep in their step. Other than that it was alright of a stay. I would never pay full price, but since I got it for a discount it was worth the price.
