How to Get There
Lovely facility; clean rooms; super helpful staff. Using GPS got us to location without any problems.
The parking is easy as there is an adjoining garage at very reasonable daily rates. This was a quick girls trip for a concert. Would certainly stay here again.
My recent stay at The Hyatt Regency in Tulsa was much better than I anticipated. The staff all around was very helpful and friendly. I was upgraded to the executive suite and it was loaded with amenities. Two tv’s, couches, separate bedroom and living room, etc. The large patio like windows were very nice. I had the amazing view of downtown Tulsa. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant and if I needed anything they were on top of it. Every room and area of the hotel was spotless. My girlfriend and I ate at The Daily Grill for dinner and it was pretty expensive but well worth it. Easily some of the best food I’ve ever had. The sushi was especially great. We even ordered it again as room service which was very prompt. I was also given club access which also is worth spending the extra money. The breakfast has everything you’d want and the nightly dinner there is very good. Complimentary wine, beer, and spirits are also served. My girlfriend trains service dogs for veterans with disabilities and the staff seemed very knowledgeable on how to treat a service animal compared to a pet. The location is perfect since it’s in the heart of downtown. There is always something going on. Overall this is easily the best hotel I’ve been to in the U.S so far and I highly recommend it.
Beautiful hotel. We we running late for dinner reservations as we arrived, the valet service attendant was extremely nice and helpful. He unloaded our bags and took them to our room so we could make our reservation time. The room was very clean and updated. The pool was a nice indoor/outdoor pool which was nice because the kids were able to swim even though the temperatures were in the 30’s during this trip. Highly recommend this hotel.
Visited this hotel as a weekend getaway and I must say it was amazing. We stayed on the 15th floor and the views up there are amazing! Highly recommend this hotel and that floor. They have valet or self parking options, I went with the self parking for $8 but should’ve gone with the $20 valet, it’s well worth it. The hotel is amazing and offers shuttle vans if you need to get around some there close to downtown at no extra charge. There are plenty of Lyft drivers in the area so that’s an option as well. Great hotel great staff and great clean room. We had the king room and it was very spacious. Will stay here again if in the area. Also if you stay on the 15th floor you get free breakfast. You have to pay for the drinks.
Absolutely the worst experience I ever had at a Hyatt hotel. I was in town to take my 7 year old to a hockey game for his birthday. We arrived at the hotel and received our room keys, room was fairly nice, no toilet paper holder and the ceiling was falling down, but that was the least of my problems with this hotel.. We arrived around 3:45 pm, went swimming and then decided to go to our game. After the game around 10PM we got back to the hotel, when we arrived the fire alarm was going off, they said they were evacuating the hotel, most of the hotel staff did not know what was going on, I asked a couple one said it was her first night back since they closed last. Finally another hotel staff said we were cleared to go to our rooms. After getting into our room, my son and I were getting ready for bed and the alarms went off again. I called the front desk and after 5 minutes someone answered and said false alarm, I asked if this was going to happen all night,, they said no they have someone there fixing it. My son was very scared at this point that something was going to happen, I assured him we were going to be fine. I got him to bed and fell asleep myself, only to wake up with him throwing up, he was not sick but I think his nerves were rattled from the anxiety of not knowing if the building was going to burn down. Finally I got him cleaned up, calmed down and about 1:30AM the fire alarm went off again, I tried to call the front desk again, with no answer this time. I packed up my things while the alarm continued to go off and went down to the front desk, I told them I cannot sleep with this alarm constantly going off and my son is now terrified. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and said he would refund my points for the night and refund my parking fee. I then left and drove home in very icy conditions which was the reason I was staying overnight in the first place. I made it home safely but this is unacceptable for any hotel, I know they are getting back after having a fire, which did not help my nerves in this situation. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
