How to Get There
I usually stay at cheaper Marriott properties but had a certificate so I used it to stay at the Ambassador after a Thunder game. The hotel location is great with the local tram traveling right by. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance or a short ride. The hotel itself was absolutely terrific! Rooms were very nice and clean and also had an google home that you could use. It staying in OKC do yourself a favor and consider the Ambassador.
Made a last minute reservation here for a Saturday night and was thrilled to be able to procure one of the last rooms they had available as there were many events going on in OKC that night. The staff, from the check in agent, the valet, the housekeeping to the restaurant personnel were all amazing. So friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was incredible. Bed was very comfortable, the shower was perfection and the decor had that "ahhh" factor. Very welcome after a stressful week. The hotel restaurant had amazing food and wonderful service. The O Bar on the top floor has incredible views of OKC. The location is awesome for walkability to nearby bars and venues. This is one of the top 10 experiences I have had anywhere, not just OKC, where I lived for 59 years! Hope to return to this boutique hotel.
Well appointed but small rooms. The staff are well trained in hospitality. Nice rooftop bar, restaurant, pool area and courtyard. Several places within walking distance of restaurants, bars and some shopping.
I drove around the hotel twice looking for the entry. I called the front desk and found out that you must pull into the valet space and someone comes out to greet you. It is right on the street, so be careful exiting your car. There is no ramp for wheeled luggage. Valet is $18/nt. and self park is $16/nt. There are several nice restaurants in walking distance. Staff is pleasant and rooms are nice.
Quaint, quiet. Sometimes requires reservation....so call to be sure.
Nice menu and modest price for being the only restaurant in the hotel.
Site of hotel is perfect....multiple eating options in less than a 2-block walk.
