How to Get There
Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Dining was close by. The pillows were like clouds to my tired head. The shower was clean and had a great pressure. The extras like a hairdryer, lighted mirror, iron, and enough hangers to keep clothes wrinkle free were a plus.
I had the most beautiful stay and the hotel staff were very nice. The location was a walk to downtown and the restaurants around the area were lovely. I would come here again and again when I am in Columbus
Feel like you’re staying with an airline. Basic amenities are all charged for, staff contributes nothing to your experience. All corporate, little comfort. I’ve met more empathetic robots. Paying for wi fi is so 90’s
