How to Get There
We had such an amazing time at The Edge. Our villa was faultless and the private pool was great. It was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the amazing views. Adi our butler was attentive and thoughtful and made really enhanced our stay.
What a resort! Great service and hospitality by this resort. Stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute, the wait staff, food and views we're exceptional to say the least. Uluwatu is a great spot if you're looking to relax and enjoy some down time.
Today finally we visited this beautiful place.
Entrance fees for adults 400 000rph and for kids 3 to 11 years 150 000rph. But you can spend 350 000 and 100 000 from ticket fees on the food and beverage (Pizza was really very delicious)
Service is very good. There is one amazing pool with fantastic view. It’s located On the edge of the cliff and literally it’s a selling point of this hotel! Many people come here only for take picture in the pool :)))
Our family of 5 were lucky enough to stay at The Edge for 7 nights in the Mood Villa.
When booking I was a little worried that my 3 kids ages 8, 11 and 13 may struggle to keep themselves entertained in a small hotel without the range of entertainment options of the larger resort style hotels we usually stay at.
However the kids absolutely loved every second of their stay at The Edge. Even at such young ages they were able to appreciate the unique beauty this place offers up and I think we all really appreciated the SPACE of these massive villas (we usually have to get interconnecting rooms or small suites in other hotels). We were able to spread out, enjoy time together and time apart relaxing. We weren't crammed in that is for sure!
Our stay was made absolutely memorable due to our two amazing Butlers Dedy and Mahar who were just awesome. They knew when to give you space and when to pop up and offer you a drink, remind you it was lunch or cocktail hour. Nothing was too much trouble, even when my youngest asked for a soccer ball to kick on the lawn of the villa - a brand new soccer ball appeared in minutes. These guys were just so great to us, blowing up pool floats and playing endless games of bowling (in the insane on-site bowling alley).
The food was spectacular The Seas restaurant was great and I can highly recommend the prawn pancakes - sensational!
The pool is everything and more - the pictures are a true reflection of what you can expect. The deck of an evening for cocktails is superb and the view like nothing else.
All of the staff we encountered in the amazing SPA, in the gym area, by the pool in the two restaurants were nothing but hospitable, friendly, welcoming and professional. They all knew us by name and greeted us with such warmth whenever we crossed paths.
We have raved to everyone back home about our very memorable and treasured trip to The Edge and we plan on returning the same time next year, with some friends and family with us.
Thank you to Brendan for your service, you and your team are doing a superb job. We arrived at the W Sentosa Singapore for a few nights before heading home and sadly for them they can't compare to our Bali experience with you guys, we have been left wishing we'd stayed for 10 days at The Edge instead!
Thanks again for the best holiday experience.
My family and I were fortunate enough to stay at The Edge earlier this month and even more fortunate to have Astina as our butler/personal assistant. Let me just start by saying that no words can truly describe the awesomeness of this place and it’s staff members, but I will do my best! At first, we were warmly welcomed by Brendan, the General Manager, in what I would describe as a fairly unassuming reception area. We were whisked away to our villa, “The mood” and the only words you could hear, which were echoed by each family member, was “OH MY GOD!”. The villa is enormous, modern and spotless with a massive pool and deck that looks out over the resort to the ocean. The mood is a 2 storey 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with an enormous lounge room, dining and kitchen. The resort itself only has 8 villas that are scattered amongst a lot of greenery so it feels really intimate. There is a bowling alley which provided a few nights fun for our family as well as a tennis court, and not to mention 2 resort pools, one which is perched over the cliff top with a glass bottom! TRULY SPECTACULAR! It, for obvious reasons, has become a popular photo backdrop for many wannabe instamodels that get day passes to the pool, but that too provided some entertainment! Nonetheless, the staff ALWAYS made the hotel guests a priority and there are certain areas (the best areas) that are made only available to staying guests. The food in both restaurants is excellent and the service impeccable. As we were there for 5 nights we decided to go to the Six Senses Resort for dinner on one of the nights...BIG MISTAKE, DO NOT DO IT! We couldn’t get back to The Edge quickly enough, and in fact, when Astina came and picked us up my daughter said she felt like running up and jumping in his arms 😂! All in all, a 10/10 holiday that did not disappoint and we can not thank Brendan and his staff enough for making our stay so incredible. We have started a savings plan and we most certainly will be back!
P. S. We miss you Astina! 😥
