an "alright" villa

We stayed at a two bedroom villa for 3 nights around new year. The villa itself looked good, with an outdoor kitchen and dining area about two storeys higher, overlooking the pool. There weren't much kitchenware though. And the only non-stick pan was very scratched and was not in good condition (I used it to re-heat my room service ordered food). The room service food was rather tasty. I had the whole tilapia fish, and it was delicious. The cocktail, however, not so much. It tasted like cough medicine. The villa didn't have a door bell, however, so when our food was at the front door, we were not aware of there's banging sound from afar until after a while. At the time we visited, the villa was full of centipede-like bugs outside, and we found it difficult to enjoy the pool because of it. The bathtub in our room leaked, and there was a large pool of water around the tub after a soak. The bed was comfortable. Employment of the mosquito screen was needed. Staffs were generally nice. Travel adapter can be loaned out from the front desk for a deposit. Breakfast at the main building roof top was good. Line up for omelette does take some time though.

For the price of the place, I would say it's not too shabby, but nothing to praise about.

Enjoyed 100%

We recently just stayed here from 8th to 13th june, The staff were very helpful and always greeting with a smile. When we first arrived we were three hours before check in but they were said our villa was ready anyway and could check in. We stayed in A23 and the villa was clean neat and tidy. We had no complaints. For price we paid which was affordable we did not complain. Bed was Uber comfy. Only small issue we had was the tv the reception would drop out a fair bit. But didn't worry us. Who wants to be inside watching tv anyway. We spent most of our time outside as we loved how the kitchen and fridge was outside and easily accessible. Which was the perfect layout for us. Buffet breakfast was fine, delicious. Lunch and dinner menu is the same and not much to choose from as well the room service menu. But in saying that the food was 100% spot on, maybe the pizzas could use a little less cheese though haha. Overall the view from the restaurant was amazing. One night we had the restaurant to ourselves and they happily put on my partners music which everyone was later dancing to. We will definitely be back. We were very sad to leave. Thank you to all the staff for being very accommodating. Travis & Cora
