Excellent Service

My daughter, her husband and myself stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 4 nights and shifted to a 2 bedroom villa for our last night.

Booked direct and credit goes to the reservation team, fast, efficient and professional. All queries answered promptly. Halal dietry requirement addressed and accommodated, even my request for a birthday surprise for my son in law was attended to and arranged by the PHND team.

The suite and villa were spacious, clean and amenities functional. A small issue with sink quickly rectified. The switch from suite to villa went seamlessly. The view from our allocated villa at the end of the driveway was amazing. 24hr room service a real blessing considering our busy schedule and service was fast and food served hot and delicious. Special mention goes to the housekeeping team who kept the rooms immaculate.

We were out daily and on 2 occasions, left before 7am and requested for containers to pack light breakfast ourselves which the team happily obliged. One of the team even called to check on our breakfast arrangement on our last day.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at PHND,the peace, quiet and tranquility.
The PHND team were friendly and took good care of us during our stay without being intrusive. We would certainly return for the excellent service.
