Everthing you need they have or it is close by. Very pleasent stay. First time we traveled with 2 babys (2yr, 7m) and everybody was very helpful in any way they could. From the valet parking bringing us stuf from the car, to the waiters helping out with the plates at the buffet.
Nice and clean rooms. Excelent location, you can get to Fashion Drive plaza in two minutes and there are no traffic jams. warm welcomed by staff and receptionist is just great for your bussines trip after a long day at work.
I have lived in Mexico for 25 years. My wife and I came to this hotel for our 42nd anniversary. For a Mexican hotel it is very nice. My wife says four stars, I say five stars.
The staff has been very attentive. The buffet is a little on the expensive side for México. It was about $15 each. The food was good. The beds are comfortable. If you are into TV, it is not a very big screen.
It is located within walking distance of three museums and the Riverwalk. If you prefer Uber rides, they are less than two dollars to those places.
It’s in the middle of the city. There is a great diversity of places around you. While we feel comfortable walking around in the evenings, someone who doesn’t speak Spanish might not.
Really nice hotel in the heart of the city. Came with our Piedras Negras pastor family. Never been here but will return. So much to see. Horses Tail waterfalls was was beautiful and food was good at the hotel. Beds are not the softest but wee comfortable for 2 nights.
