Located Downtown Monterrey. Sitting by the pool with full bar, you would think you were on a beach resort somewhere. Excellent service 5 star everything. 24 hour room service. You cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I have stayed there 7 times for about an average of 4 nights at a time. Always going back

This is a really nice hotel. Pretty, clean, they pay attention to detail. Draw backs is the room was a little small and pool area was really crowded due to the season. It was very enjoyable and well worth the money. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Monterrey on this visit and this was my favorite.

The Safi Royal Luxury Hotel is a wonderfully posh hotel! Service going above and beyond is a standard here. The building are are eye catching and the decor is elegant. Truly stands out as a gem in the city; so good is the restaurant that locals are known to dine here. The hotel grounds houses a beautiful garden area that will takes you away from the busy bustle of the city outside its walls. The pool is within this garden that gives the pool a tropical setting complete with its own waterfall. The piano bar overlooks this gorgeous view.
Overall, a very luxurious stay, would recommend a stay at this hotel any day! You won't regret this choice luxury hotel!!!

Visited for business and was amazed at the hotel on entry - the lobby was spacious, clean, and well staffed. There were warm greetings from the staff as they set me up for rooms.

I was checked into a room with two queen beds - quite large with a good temperature control system. One window out of the hotel was enough for light, but not a great view with construction around the building. Lastly, the bathroom had great water pressure and a variety of toiletries.

Breakfast in the hotel was okay - not great, but a decent variety of choices. It just seemed to be slow to be filled in the mornings.

Plenty of restaurants within short walking distance of the hotel help with the xperience.
