Visited for business and was amazed at the hotel on entry - the lobby was spacious, clean, and well staffed. There were warm greetings from the staff as they set me up for rooms.

I was checked into a room with two queen beds - quite large with a good temperature control system. One window out of the hotel was enough for light, but not a great view with construction around the building. Lastly, the bathroom had great water pressure and a variety of toiletries.

Breakfast in the hotel was okay - not great, but a decent variety of choices. It just seemed to be slow to be filled in the mornings.

Plenty of restaurants within short walking distance of the hotel help with the xperience.

Great features and location.

My first impreasion was WOW. You pull up and are greated with helpers. Then the grand entrance where you check in, nothing short of opulant. Head up to room and the standard room is just that, a standard room. The shower is great with its waterfall or spray option. The bed is firm but not a rock, while the comforter has a great weight to it that gives you the hug you want at bed time.
I didnt experience the other features due to my lack of free time.

Just to congratulate Nancy Torres for the support over the last weekend; I forgot my wedding ring in the room and she did all necessary to find it! It’s always good to know that when you travel and forget something that you will get it back. I will stay again if visiting Monterrey!

I recently booked 3 rooms for a one night stay for my family and me. The service was impeccable. From our check in to our check out we were all very impressed with the level of attentiveness from the staff.

We were also very satisfied with our breakfast and the options they offered in order to cater to all tastes.

We plan on visiting Monterrey again next year and will booking accommodations at this hotel.

Thank you Safi staff!

A nice, safe midrange hotel.

I stayed here for two days in December, 2017. This is not a new hotel, but it is clean and well-maintained and has all the basics. The downtown area is not beautiful and I recommend only taking Uber or hotel-called taxis at night. But I walked all over the place and had no problems. You can get to San Pedro (the fancy area) in less than 10 minutes by taxi or Uber. Same with old town (Antigua). All-in-all, I was impressed.

Keep in mind this is NOT the 5-star Safi hotel that is in San Pedro.
