We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were friendly and helpful and showed us round the apartment, on arrival. The apartment was spacious and incredibly clean...they even supplied us with a loaf of bread, butter and a carton of milk, and tea, coffee, and sugar, which we weren't expecting.

Best Place to stay in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England

We love “The Sands-Scarborough” so much we keep coming back, all the way from Canada. This year will be our 6th year and can’t wait to go back. It’s a safe place to stay with families, the view is breathtaking, close to all the amenities you would need on your vacation. The staff is always accommodating. If you want seaside it’s best to reserve at least 6 months in advance.

Another enjoyable break

Stayed last weekend for 3 nights - we had the same 1 Bed apartment as last year at our request. This is at the rear but personally we think, although not sea facing enjoys more of the sun from mid day to late evening from the balcony. The aspect is towards woodland and pleasant.
The representatives were brilliant and met us on arrival.
The apartment is well appointed with all one needs - spotlessly clean and comfortable.
We shall be returning again late summer and would fully recommend.

Sea view apartment

We emailed and asked for a sea view apartment, we have stayed twice before and when asked for this accommodation we were on the beach front.
This time it was on the side of the building, you could see the beach granted but it wasn’t at all what I expected!!
The road was noisy and so we couldn’t have the doors open.
Also a little disappointed that we asked to reserve a disabled parking and they can’t be reserved.
The apartment itself was amazing, clean, modern and very spacious. They are very well decorated and have everything you may need.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful

Although we arrived when the weather was horrendous, it did not put us off, games were supplied, books, dvds,we even put the xmas tree up.
The only thing in the bedroom is the fan needs fixing, and a button fixed on the cushion.
I will be returning home from home
