Horrendous customer service
Reviewed 5 days ago

We stayed Friday to Sunday and had a lovely time during the stay. However, on the Monday I received a phone call from a member of staff informing us that we had wet/soiled one of the beds and that £250 was being taken that day from our credit card.

We informed them that we definitely didn’t damage any beds and that there must have been a mix up somewhere. They then said that it was procedure and it must have been caused by us. They did not listen at all, refused to believe us. When they sent a picture we could not actually believe it, the damage was clearly a very old, mouldy stain. To any logical/reasonable person, it would be obvious that that amount of mould could not have accumulated in 2 days.

We are now pursuing the matter as we refuse to pay for something that we did not do.

To top it off, the stain is absolutely huge – honestly a small child couldn’t have produced that. It must have been an adult or teenager! My grandsons are small, and also they slept at the top of the bed, that stain is at the middle. There is no logic, common sense or reason with them. Because we were the last people in before they spotted the stain, they assumed we must have done it, and we are being used as a scapegoat. I asked if they had stopped to think that it could have been people who stayed before us and that it had been missed by housekeeping at the time, but apparently that isn’t possible. It is however apparently possible for mouldy old stains to appear overnight!!

The worst of it and what I am now really upset about, is that my 7 year old grandson has slept on such an unhygienic, mouldy mattress.

Never before have I experienced such terrible customer service. This was our third year there but will not be going back ever again. They have ruined what was a lovely break.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in February and the weather was great. The apartment was modern, well equipped and very clean. Perfect for a family break. We were very impressed with the quality in all areas, as well as secure parking.
All staff were helpful and we will definitely return soon.

Excellent quality apartment

We travelled as a couple for a romantic breakaway from the kids.
From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The quality of the furniture and fittings was outstanding, and there not much negative I can say except the parking spaces are so narrow its painful

3rd visit, fab time!

My third visit to these seafront 5 star apartments and am already looking to book to go back.
Really can’t fault them!
From arrival to checkout we received excellent customer service.
As always our apartment was spotlessly clean. It was well furnished and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy - slept like a baby!
Would never get tired of waking up in the morning and walking in to the lounge to be greeted by an amazing view!
