How to Get There
Friendly staff, great service. Clean hotel. Accessible to many areas. Clean rooms. Was very pleased. Joseph’s Restaurant in hotel had great food and service. I would highly recommend to anyone. They make you feel welcomed.
Been coming here for years but recent trip showed how much customer service has been neglected. Room service menu showed many items, but when called for was limited to 3 entree selections. When ordered, the entree was $10 more than on the menu. Then told I had old menu in room. Manager called and said he would give me $10 credit and send new menu. When menu came up, it was the same one with same lower prices.
Checking out, called for bellman three times. First time was told on the way. Two more calls and 45 minutes later, I just loaded up like a pack mule and did it myself. Then when I checked out, the front desk attendant acted like I was at fault for not waiting for bellman.
Customer service used to be top-notch; now is mediocre at best.
My trip was for work. Attending a conference. The food I ate at the Four Seasons was pretty good. Check-in was a bit long but has become the norm here. Only suggestion might be to create a better nightlife at the hotel. They have conference after conference, yet not the best environment.
