Everything was great. Had everything you needed to cook and enjoy your vacation. Just no free breakfast and bed room floor was uneven. Very odd in such a great place. Staff was very helpful and always friendly. Will stay again.

One of the best places to stay in Asheville and will be back again and again

This place is a home away from home. My first time in Asheville and I found this place to be a very good base for exploring the town. It is a complex located on the hills and has a very good view of Asheville. Very close to the town, restaurants and the magnificent Biltmore estate.

The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is clean and well maintained. I wish to be back here again sometime.

Miserable Stay, January 25-27, 2019

This is not the first time we have stayed here, thought we would try again at a different time. We have tried to give the staff the benefit of the doubt, but Management does not do their job keeping tenants quiet after 10:00 pm. It is so noisy below the fourth floor. We do not advise staying here. Some of the units are suffering with the upkeep as well. We will definitely seek other places to stay around Asheville.

Nice Mountain Surprise

This is a beautiful complex built into the hills of Asheville. The building we stayed in was 3 stories with a (very slow) elevator. We parked mere feet from it. We were on the 3rd floor and the view from our balcony was amazing!! These are fully furnished units for sale and are being rented out in the mean time. They were beautifully furnished, clean and just a pleasure to stay in. The bed was so comfy, that bathroom was HUGE and all the appliances seemed brand new. While our room was not quite ready when we arrived at noon, they texted us around 2 pm on that Sunday afternoon. It seemed to be a busy turn over day, but we had brunch in town while we waited. The outdoor pool is located at the top and back of the property. It was very nice, though not huge.It did have plenty of deck area and chairs for the time I was there. If you are here to visit the Biltmore, as we were, it is mere minutes away. And, the city of Ashville within miles. Surely will return to the facility if I ever find myself back in the area.

Great Staff!

Everyone at the Residence Inn at the Biltmore was wonderful. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. On Monday-Wednesday they had food and wine and beer for guests so people could gather and get to know one another. I don't know all their names, but all were very helpful and nice to us. Cirenio, one of our hosts at the dinner gathering was very nice and accomodating. He is to be commended. The food was great!
