Beautiful hotel
Reviewed 2 days ago

Spent two nights in a junior suite, and thought it was great. The room was big, had floor to ceiling windows all around, and great views of the city. The shower was amazing with a rainfall showerhead and lots of hot water. The front desk was friendly, efficient and welcoming. It's in a great location and easy to walk around. The breakfast buffett was laid out beautifully. I'm vegan, so not a lot for me, but that is typical everywhere.
Now the not so good:
We turned on the heat, since it got cold at night, and the inroom temperature went down 2c! I asked the front desk and they said they don't heat the rooms, but would send up a heater - but they never did. So I would not stay here in the winter.
I'm guessing the sprinkler system kept flashing all night long, and it kept me awake a lot. Bring something to cover your eyes when you sleep!
The hotel was at capacity the first night, so everyone was at breakfast the next morning, and there was nowhere to sit. We eventually sat at the bar, but couldn't get coffee. We moved to a table when it cleared up a little, but were on our own to get silverware and coffee cups. The people there were doing their best, but they were totally overwhelmed that day.
We were on the 10th floor, but could hear music and people from outside all night long.
Overall, a great place.

lovely overnight stay

we stayed at the hotel for a one night stay before departing cdmx - and i wish we would have chosen this also for the previous few nights we have stayed. spacious room, very helpful and nice staff, clean and good functioning wi-fi. absolute great breakfast with anything you can imagine - much less some vegetables. perfectly localized in the city center from where you can easily get almost anywhere for sightseeing or shopping.

Excellent !!!

Average hotel, good location, clean nice big rooms, personal not very helpful. Rude and unhelpful staff, a lack of understanding or empathyI wanted to enjoy my stay here. I really did. However, the hotel was a disappointment from the moment we arrived. One of the elevators in the lobby wasn’t working

Horrible hotel and dirty!!
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

This hotel is horrible. Super rude reception. the bed sheets are dirty with a lot of pubic hair and hair. We found cockroaches in the room twice. they never put towels and soaps in the bathrooms. I asked for a dinner in the room last night. the rest of the food was until the next day. I put them out of the room and they did not get it anyway. horrible. I do not recommend.
