How to Get There
From the moment we arrived to leaving, service and cleanliness excellent. Breakfast offered wide choice and was very tasty. Only drawback was price of items in room in mini bar and room service prices. Would recommend this hotel to everyone
Confortable, beautiful, well located. Excellent breakfast. Room and bathroom are very beautiful. Good swimming pool. Functional elevators. The hotel should preparate the staff to give more information for tourists.
Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip, booked for me by a client with experience of the city.
A relaxed and pleasant stay from start to finish, well looked after from the minute you enter the lobby until the minute you leave, the staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful.
The room was a good size on the 14th floor at the rear, with a great view of the city. Queen size twin beds, very comfortable and I slept well which is a rarity whilst away.
Breakfast is a wide variety and would suit all, a great selection of breads, meat, cheese, fruit, cereal, plus a hot selection of regional food (which I loved) and a freshly cooked egg station where you select your ingredients to add, nice touch.
Not a negative but I found an oddity, possibly me being stupid, I couldn’t find a hotel bar anywhere (I didn’t ask though), there’s a restaurant upstairs and on ground level, but I just wanted a relaxed bar to enjoy a drink in after finishing work.
Nice outside pool area (again, no bar though?) but the pool is quite small, and didn’t look too inviting, I fancied a proper swim.
Very good though, situated in a pleasant area and within close distance to most places you’d want to be, business or leisure.
My overall experience with staying at the hotel was average. Room service was average and they had to be called several times. For 2 consecutive days I had to call them multiple times for after placing the order to room service. The location was good but there are better hotels where I stayed before and would prefer to stay there again on my next trip. But I would still say that in my opinion for their service and the experience I had it is neither good nor bad it was just average.
I have given this Hotel 4 stars out of 5 for the following reasons. NH Collection Reforma provides a very smooth comfortable stay in a great location which lies nicely next to some of the coolest districts in the city. Staff are friendly, English is great. The hotel its self is modern and bright. Rooms are a very good size and very clean. The pool area can do with a little revamp and for all of you sun worshipers out there, the pool area is maybe not the greatest if you're looking to work on your tan, the sun will disappear in the afternoon due to the positioning of the building and how high it is. They do a lovely breakfast buffet with options for all! Overall I would recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Mexico City. The only reason it's not full marks is purely it's just missing some small details such as a dressing gown, slippers in the room, etc which would really help give this hotel a 'luxury status' - That's just me being picky.
