Great service

I will alway recognize the great service Marriott Mexico City has, people very serviceable, rooms very nice and the breakfast buffet great!
This time the only thing I didn’t like it was when o told them no card for extras ... they take long time to give me my room I can imagine it was because they were removing all things from servibar... finally I got my room I was in my room, with all the bar full and suddenly knock the door, open it and without permission the lady went to the bar took everything and say sorry and leave... not nice ...

Upon checking in, I was reminded that I had access to the concierge level. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that breakfast, lunch, and evening "appetizers" were available on a daily basis. Not only was the food excellent, but so was the service I received from Karen, Roberto and Alfredo. They attended to my every need over 5 days. I hope to return some day soon!

Really nice, well-run property in a great location

Had a great week here while traveling for business. Very clean, updated, with great amenities. Nice spa/fitness center/pool. Love the executive, roof top lounge. Staff in hotel were very very helpful and accommodating. In particular Magdalena and Roberto provided great service and were really nice people. Hope to get back later this year!

Fantastic Property, Great Staff!

I stayed in this property for 2 weeks for business. The property came highly recommended by coworkers and I must say that it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the entrance took my bags, helped me check-in, and brought my bags up. Not only did they offer the help with the bags, but he also offered us a nice little booklet of things to do around the city and even talked to us about a tour of the pyramids and suggested other activities to do around the city. Throughout the stay, I was able to interact with many other members of the staff like Roberto, Neto, Edith, Ricardo, Eduardo, and Daniel, particularly at the bar area. Not only was the food there delicious, but their cocktails, and the service in general was stellar. It is amazing when after an initial visit, the staff knows your name and that was the experience there! Every day when we came in, they would say Hi and when they saw us coming getting settled in the tables, they were already bringing us some botanas and our drinks.

While the service is great, I do have to say that the hotel could use a bit of modification on the A/V area, as the A/V connection panel is not really compatible with the system they have to control the TV and to someone that's not very tech-savvy, this could be an issue, although for me it wasn't.

Bottom line, I would definitely stay at this property again and will continue to recommend to all my friends and coworkers that visit the area.
