Great service!

I have stayed here for over 30 days in the last few months. The staff is outstanding! I am a Marriott Elite Member and go to the M Club each morning and night. The staff (Roberto, Magda, Moises and Mauricio) make me feel like I am at home. It is very hard to be away from home so much. And to have people remember you, what you like your coffee and what your favorites are makes the stay much better! I am always greeted with a smile and sometimes gifts on local holidays! The 4 of them are truly heaven sent! I will miss them when I am no longer needed in Mexico City!

Excellent!

Great location, amazing service, enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly staff, check in went very smoothly. Clean property, recommend this place. Gym/Spa very nice, thank you for everything. Concierge and all people were very nice to hosts. Thank you.

Terrible experience & items gone missing

I cannot say much positive about this hotel. The check-in experience was regrettable; Marriott status not recognized, then found, then lost again, then found again. Wrong room assigned, spoke to duty manager who would move me and have General Manager reach out; nothing happened. Worst of all, one of my belts went missing from the room and staff couldn’t care less. The location is good, the staff indifferent to bed; the whole experience horrible. Lock your items in your suitcases if you treasure them, the hotel is not safe for your valuables and the staff, and management doesn’t care.
