How to Get There
Room spacious. pool with nice view from the roof. our room was on the expressway side of the hotel, but we both slept well. no complaints. breakfast with large variety - hot/cold/fresh fruit, etc. had room service pizza one night that was actually pretty good.
stayed here for 4 nights and overall was very satisfied. room was spacious, breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. Had a little issue with A/C but I think that is becase we didn't know you have to leave your entrance key in the holder next to the AC.
I booked 9 nights here, paid in advance, and requested a room on a high floor. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and could not sleep with all the noise in the lobby (laughs, people talking, staff preparing the breakfast room), so the next day I requested a quieter room. I was told I could have a room on the other tower (there are 2 towers) facing the courtyard (which was indeed quieter) if I paid extra because of the upper category of the room in question. In other words, either I paid extra or stayed 8 more nights in a noisy room. I paid extra but found this unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was poor. It's a 20min walk to the bars and restaurants in Polanco. I would not stay here again.
Location is great but staff are not good. They aren’t helpful and pretend to speak English and understand you but they don’t most of the time so you end up going to 2-3 to get what you need. Rooms are nice but rooftop pool is dirty and not taken care of. Gym is alright, back garden and centre courts are nice. Breakfast is good and so is the menu and food on room service. I was staying at this hotel for 3 weeks so my impression of it is pretty good.
I stayed here for 2 nights while in CDMX for work. I was booked in a regular room, but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite upon arrival. The hotel is clean and quiet. The lobby restaurant ok for dinner, and the complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit the area.
