Thank you so very much!

I arrived at the Intercontinental in Santa Fe sick and exhausted from a grueling week of travel in SA and early phone calls to Europe. The staff was exceptional and here I need to single out the concierge Lionel. He arranged a hotel doctor to see me in my room and did all he could to provide me rest before my meetings the next week. The service in the hotel is exceptional and if you are visiting the hotel on business, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The room was modern, clean, exceptional view, and provided a superior resting place in Mexico City.

Very Good Indeed

Spent 4 nights with my wife and two daughters at the Intercon. From our first arrival to our final day we were thoroughly well looked after ; and every member of staff we came across played their roles with aplomb and the utmost courtesy. We enjoyed a dinner at the French restaurant and spent some time in the lounge bar both were superb. Our rooms were excellent and again well up to five star standard. The hotel is very well placed to explore CDMX and in the Polanco district there are dozens of bars and restaurants to try. Our first time in Mexico and we will long remember the excellence of this hotel and their staff.

It’s much more than a stunning view!

Sitting on top of the Santa Fe area, this hotel offers much more than a stunning, breathtaking view from the guest rooms. We received a warm welcome from the well-prepared staff and an even warmer farewell. They appeared genuinely concerns about us having the best of our time. Rooms are spacious, well kept, clean. It’s now my favorite Intercontinental in Mexico City.

Well located modern hotel

A nice hotel where we had a very pleasant stay. There was a problem with the water on the first night (i.e. no water in the hotel) but service recovery was ok with free breakfasts offered. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Room was great, astonishingly good views over Mexico City and spacious with sitting area. The hotel staff were pleasant and always trying to help. (Except with the water problem, where no one knew when it was going to come back.)

The hotel would have got 5 stars, but it loses a star for the very expensive wifi. Not good enough for 2018.

Spa was HORRIBLE and the Valet guys STOLE items from our car!
Reviewed 3 months ago

Beware ANYONE who stays here that the Valet parking guys stole items and money that I had from my car. Told the Valet Supervisor/Manager and he didn't even have the AUDACITY to look me in the eyes, said nothing and did nothing. HOW CAN THIS TYPE OF HOTEL LET THEIR EMPLOYEES ROB YOU?! Went down to the "Spa" and it was an awful experience, there is no pool, no Jacuzzi; the outdoor seating area is a JOKE as they advertise it as a bar but it was 2pm and no one was out there, the bar TV's weren't on and the area was dirty with leaves and dirt everywhere. Had a message and it was OK, nothing great. The amenities offered in the Spa bathroom were not impressive, there was no conditioner for your hair and no lotion to put on your body after your shower. Overall the experience wasn't what I paid for and the parking guys dare to steal my money and items on top of it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
