Pretty roof top bar, great cocktails

Mezcal margarita was my favorite but I heard the mojito wasn’t bad either. Cool crowd, good noise level, pleasant music. The best feature is the view. The hotel itself is beautiful, boutique-decorated and very well serviced.

My kind of place

I felt so much at home here that I almost walked downstairs to breakfast in barefoot. Staying here is very much like having your own large home. There are multiple comfortable communal spaces as well as the little restaurant which is often empty but always accommodating.
My room was large and comfortable but the bathroom was way too small. There isn't much they can do about that except to make sure people are aware that there are tradeoffs. Maybe there's an equally nice room with a larger bathroom? I kept my cosmetic bag on the floor in the bedroom. I was irritated at first but got used to it.
I had a deluxe bedroom with a private side terrace on the front of the building. The terrace was charming. Although it was on the front, I didn't hear any street noise.
The hotel is not located in the more hipster part of Roma or Condesa but it was close enough for me. I walked the area a bit. I felt safe walking around but the craziness of the traffic made a lot of the walking unpleasant. Uber is cheap and quick in Mexico City so that's what I used much of the time.

A lovely, quaint hotel

We stayed for 6 nights. We were very comfortable. The hotel is in a nice building, it’s not really well marked outside and is behind a gate. Very secure. Great neighborhood. Rooms are reasonably sized and have all one needs. They provide filtered water each day. You can ask for refills in the restaurant. Breakfast is decent and is offered in a Lovely garden. There is a glass roof, but it is basically outside. There are several heaters, so it was quite fine. Food was basic, but varied and plentiful. There is a menu on the table, and you order from a waiter. The rooms are very quiet, staff is nice and helpful, all speak English.
Location is great. Near a huge lovely park, Amsterdam Avenue, which is lively and fun with lots of stores and restaurants
All in small, as good choice and value.
Uber is plentiful and very cheap in Mexico, so easy to get around if walking is too much

Great location, nice property, met my expectations

This small discreet hotel in Condesa is the perfect location close to Parque Espana, 2 grocery stores, lots of restaurants that span the culinary spectrum as well as being in small enough to enjoy the beautiful interior of the property. I recommend.

So comfortable

My husband and I had a very nice three night stay. Our room was spacious and had a small balcony. The interior space of the hotel was lovely and the breakfast service was perfect. We had wonderful restaurant recommendations from the staff and the room was very quiet. We would most definitely stay again.
