Excellent hotel and location with a brilliant breakfast. The staff were superb and couldn't have been more attentive.
The only negative was to know that you'll get mandatory tips in addition to the bill at the end.

Happy to Have Stayed Here

We arrived as tourists for 5 days and 4 nights. The concierge was wonderful -- great suggestions on what to see and arranged transportation for us. The food in the restaurant on the first floor was incredible! Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was good, too. Every single person we met on staff was welcoming and helpful. We are happy to have stayed here and we highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect pool for children

We stayed here for 2 nights with our baby twins.

We were really impressed with the quality of this hotel. It was set in a great location in a safe neighbourhood with sights in easy distance. Would highly recommend staying in Mexico City over a Sunday, such a great day there!

The breakfast buffet was amazing, the best we had in a month in Mexico.

Room was lovely and spacious, only thing to be wary of with children is the bedroom door handle is accessible to a 1yr old so you have to be vigilant to put the security bar on to stop any escapees from wondering the halls.

The 2 swimming pools are perfect for children. The inside one because of the temperature and the outside one because of the depth. Lovely place to catch some last rays of sunshine.

Staff were also really welcoming and lovely. All in all very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding service in a lovely hotel

Spent a long weekend (4 nights) here. As a Hilton Honors Gold member I got upgraded to a junior suite on the Executive floor (floor 26) with a spectacular view of the city and the mountains in the distance. All the hotel staff were excellent, especially the waiters in the Executive lounge dining room. The lounge serves an ample free buffet breakfast for the Gold members on the 26th floor and cooks custom made omelettes if you ask. The lounge also puts out an ample spread of food at the 6 pm cocktail hour. The room was comfortable and clean with a great king size bed. I could not have asked for a better stay.
