Easy walking distance to the historic district and across the street from America's oldest public park; exceptional service delivered with genuine friendliness; large rooms; efficient elevators; excellent restaurants with reasonably priced food; and a superb concierge-level option with good breakfast, evening snacks and cocktails, and a lovely view (26th floor).

Great location, right 2 blocks from downtown, centro histórico , subway and so much more!
LLUVIATALATINAMERICA

One of our best experiences in Mexico City while bringing the children to where a real Coco movie got inspired by.
We won’t lie our favorite thing to do at the end of the day was to sit it the lobby bar, listen to live music and talk with the locals there. Our favorite bartender is Samuel! He knows us by name! We lost track of him as we use to stay at the Hilton airport a lot, but we found out he was in Reforma. He has 3 little girls so he is great fixing whatever the grandchildren would ask for!
They have live soft music everyday, from saxofón to Piano to Frank Sinatra!
We were lucky enough to get to meet the Captan of the lobby bar that offers the most delicious jamón serrano! Look at the pics! His name is Valdir and he runs that bar with the best staff ever. German,
Martin were there to serve us when Samuel (Sammy) was off.
The quality of service was out of this world.
Also want to congratulate Raul, the guy taking care of our suitcases captan Valdir. He will bring us all the programs of the festivals around. They all took care of us like we were family! Oh Alberto! In the Hilton Honors lounge on the 26 floor even brought the children the sugar skulls from the town he lives. If you are a HH member you get the most delicious breakfast and cocktails ton the afternoon and you get to watch the parades from there! HH honors get to check in on floor 26. Better than the Macy’s parade.
Captan Valdir has the best team ever! And Samuel is the guy you want for advise on places where you can go feeling completely safe.
He even gave us his personal cell in case we needed anything. Even though there was so much going on like Formula 1 and día de los Muertos every night they made sure we were ok. Like in most of Mexico, service is the best! Captain Valdir team has it all together. We thank you all of you guys for the love you showed to us. Plus we found our Samuel again. Thank you for making our vacations so special! Will be back very soon. No words to describe this elite team!! You will be in our hearts for ever!’
