Awful music in common areas that make you sick
Reviewed 1 month ago

Music in common areas is ok for a while after some time you get sick of that music and want to escape from that place. After 1 day i didn't enjoy common areas due to the music.
My experience at the Gy was awful, out of two treadmills none of them work, very small gym with no proper ventilation

Perfect hotel for a short visit to Mexico city, Near of everything, Every taxi in the city knows the hotel and how to get there. The staff is very friendly and king size room is very comfortable for a couple.

Very comfortable business hotel
Reviewed 5 months ago

This is a classic business hotel. The rooms are very spacious, with a great work desk, comfortable bed, coffee maker (could be capsuled coffee, like Nespresso). There is a few details to check in the bathroom (like a few slime in the corners).

The breakfast was very complete, with a nice variety and a very friendly service (just like the others areas of the hotel, like front desk). I was surprised with the agility of the laundry service, they return my clothes on the same day without extra cost.

The hotel is located close to various restaurants and some malls, but keep in mind that is a commercial area (what is good for a business hotel). But you can take a Uber for some tourist points without expend many pesos.

Noisy room. Argentinian restaurant next door is very good
Reviewed 6 months ago

We decided to give it a try given the tripadvisor reviews. First time in a Fiesta Inn.

Upon arrival, having requested a quiet room, we were given probably the worst room in the hotel, in the first floor, next to an engine, very loud and everything at the room vibrated with that engine.

We complained and were sent up to another room, same space, but no noise. The space is not bad but I don't understand why they put people in the worst rooms, especially when you ask for a quiet room. Fiesta Inn gave me the worse first impression possible.

Don't want to find out if it was a mistake or their usual policy.

The Argentinian restaurant outside, next to the hotel's restaurant is very good. That one I can easily recommend.

Modern and clean

I travel to Mexico City quite often for business, and I've stayed in a couple of other hotels, but this hotel is the best one I've stayed in so far. As a female traveling alone, safety and comfort are very important to me. The area which this hotel is located is very central to a lot of businesses, and the room and furniture are very modern and clean. I like things simple so this was a perfect place to be.
