Review for management/staff attention only
Reviewed 2 months ago

I traveled last week for business/pleasure. On arrival day, there were problems with the electrical supply. It seems a transformer blew up nearby which rendered the hotel without light. When electricity was reinstated, there were some issues with the digital door lock and the wi-fi. We decided to change hotels; the management was understanding and we left to another hotel without any penalties or drama. I need to state that we booked directly through the hotel website, so your experience may be different if you booked with a third party. Nonetheless, our experience was good in light of the situation.
The front staff was bilingual, pleasant, patient, and helpful.

A welcome surprise.

we were originally booked at another hotel, but when we arrived (a week after Major september earthquake) we got there, found it damaged. They found us the Eurostar and we were pleased. Euro Minimalist, modern. it would have helped if I spoke spanish. Good value and location, right off Reforma and block from US embassy, if that matters.

Perfect location and excellent service

I stayed 3 nights at Eurostars Suites Reforma, on a tourism trip with my husband and parents. It is a small hotel, so don't expect a big lobby, with souvenir or groceries stores. Rooms, on the other side, are spacious and very clean. The service is impeccable, from reception desk to breakfast room, everyone was really attentive and helpful. Out of that, main highlight is its location! Less than a block from Reforma Avenue, it is very convenient to reach tourism attractions and very close to restaurants...

Good hotel but small for American standards

The hotel is clean but it is in a small street of Reforma... this is definitely more to European standards than American. There are only 4 rooms per floor. The breakfast is also European stile
What i understand is that is not as expensive as the Marriott that is across the street from this hotel.... right at the heart of Reforma street

Pretty good and nice staff

I had an airbnb in CDMX but the hot water heater broke the next day and I needed to cancel and so I booked Eurostars quickly and was so happy I did.
Bed is very comfortable, they have heat which isn't generally needed in CDMX but was when I was visiting. This is by no means a big hotel, but the service was good and the location was perfect. I didn't go to the hotel breakfast but there are so many great places around the hotel to review. It's close to the subway and many cultural attractions. It's easy for an uber driver to find you or to find a taxi.
Overall the hotel is a bit dated, but it doesn't affect your stay. It's clean as could be and I would stay again in a minute.
