Noisy
Reviewed 4 days ago

This is a very big hotel. There is an open air atrium and the rooms are all around it. I was on the 11th floor. The noise from the lobby kept me up at night. Because of the open atrium, all the noise from the lobby amplifies and fills the entire hotel.

The room was very nice....big, clean, with a big closet and a safe in the room. The bathroom was big, but the shower was low-flow.

The air conditioner had a mind of its' own....the thermostat seemed to have nothing to do with the air conditioner.

The Breakfast buffet offered a lot of options, but nothing stood out. Very average.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to good restaurants and walking distance to the Historic Center.

Excellent Hotel.

Excellent service, I will stay at this Hotel again on my next visit to Mexico city. I will book my room again at Executive Lounge floor level. I believe it is worth the price for the service you receive at Executive Lounge.

Impromptu Trip

This was a nice, impromptu, end-of-year getaway. Everything about the hotel was very nice. We ordered room service the first night. The food was very tasty, but there was only one vegetarian option. It was a nice soup, but not substantial. Other than this, it was a great experience. Would highly recommend.

We were so pleased with our experience at this hotel. It is a very modern hotel in a perfect location to historical as well as modern attractions. Our room was very large, nicely appointed, and had a lovely view of the city. There are at least restaurants attached to the hotel - we had very positive experiences in two of the restaurants. The staff are very service oriented. Would highly recommend this hotel to others and hope that we, too, can return someday because the quality is truly impressive.
