Beautiful hotel, luxurious a yet feel like home.
Everybody receives you with a big smile and eager to help.
Front desk id efficient and very polite.
The concierge Raul is extremely nice and helpful.
The rooms are big and beautiful as the bathrooms.
Breakfast, OMG breakfast!!!!! Delicious and there is a special area for low cal diet breakfast, it is the one next to the hostess, regretfully I found out until the last day! Nobody explained or offered.
And for all that the price is affordable.
Use Uber cars at the hotel are expensive snd Uber is safe and cheap.
P.s just remember in CD Mexico calculate 30 minimum for any ride near bye, traffic is hectic

The staff was great, I loved the location, my comfy bed and great bathroom furniture. I will go back for sure! Also, I’m so glad that I got the wellness package because the pool, massage and other amenities were very worth the cost.

Good room, good service, good meals at the hotel restaurant. Here you can find meals served for affordable prices: at breakfest, a variety of tropical fruit as well as local traditional items in a buffer service. You can also lunch and dinner (a la parte service). If you are lucky to get a room at the minta floor you will be close to the swimming pool and fitness equipment. The hotel is nearby the Monumento da Revolução Mexicana, an unforgettable museu you should also visit. I was also well impressed by the first aid medical support due to a small injury during my stay.
