Heavenly Hotel and Staff!

Have been to this dream hotel many times and can’t say enough wonderful things about it!

The staff is amazing from the second you walk in the door. Christine, Laura and Michelle handle every detail and make sure we are completely spoiled. Really can’t be more grateful for all they do. Front desk, valet and the sweet woman who runs the little cafe are amazing and remember us every time.
The rooms:

What can I say? The penthouses are like a luxurious apartment with impeccable attention to detail like sleep masks, and fluffy robes.
The two bedroom suites are beautiful and feel like you could stay forever... Actually you can, because they all have a washer dryer lol!

Food:
We have done private dinners in the penthouse with a chef preparing culinary creations table side, we have had parties on the upper deck with a fire pit and also done dinner in the attached restaurant Fish at 30 Lake. Again Christine and her brilliant girlies handle everything. The food has always been outstanding and they add special little details to each party that other local restaurant don’t.

Can’t wait to go back!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing Stay

Our group of 30 people love staying here every year for the races...third year in a row! The staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful in making sure we all have a fun experience. This boutique hotel clearly sets itself apart from the other hotels in the area.

Great location, Run-down room

The location of this hotel is ideal--walking distance to broadway with multiple restaurants and great shopping! The room was really in tough shape. Stains/smudges all over the couch and walls including the bathroom. The tub wasn't draining properly so the water was up to our shins by the time we stopped our shower. I was unimpressed by the room. In the morning , the "breakfast" option was not really worth it and we ended up having to race over to Starbucks to get something quickly before our tour at Skidmore.
