This is a very good conference centre. They have all the right resources and are very flexible.

See you next June
Just stayed here overnight for a special event being held at the Center... have to give a shout out to Krystal at the front desk who arranged a super early check in for us so we could get our dog settled before the event. So accommodating and nice about it and went above and beyond. Have to say, also great to find a conference center that is dog friendly, and the Center did an incredible job with the special event. Food was out of this world and the staff could not have been nicer.
We stayed and reserved a block of rooms recently; and had a catered event, including private breakfasts (2 days). The rooms were good; understanding that they are supposed to be renovating, we did not expect new rooms, and although the existing rooms are a bit worn, they were very clean. Our room with one king bed was great, however, the rooms that had (2) beds were located on the lower level which wasn't the best situation. We will definitely ask to have that changed next stay. There were a couple of miscommunications - 1. we were told the bar would be available and it was not on the first night so we had to go out which we had not planned on. 2. The catered event was in the Blu Lounge the next afternoon, but we were initially told at the front desk that actual bar would not be available. The situation was rapidly corrected, and Lauren (Catering) and staff worked quickly to get everything set up a little early for us. Kudos to all and the food was delicious! Gloria was our server both mornings and we couldn't have asked for better, friendlier, more efficient and gracious service. She's terrific! The downside to staying at the conference center is that the (tour?) groups that were there were extremely loud each morning and woke us and those in our group, at an outrageously early hour - like 6am. I had to call the Front Desk twice and still, the yelling continued. In addition, some of the staff members were shouting down the halls just after that. This is a situation that needs attention before our next trip. The grounds are gorgeous - it's peaceful and (normally) quiet. The staff has been very accommodating to us and that is appreciated. I just wish they would get going on the renovation!
We joined a family reunion and the hotel choice was already in place. The place is beautiful from outside yet rundown from inside. Few issues during our stay .. arrived with a baby late night and our room was not ready with a baby crib. The front desk lady was very nice and apologizing and was confused herself of how to set the baby crib. We couldn’t sleep until after 2 am because the room was not ready with our needs, despite us calling ahead to request the crib for our baby. The breakfast area is beautiful yet the food food is only average. We noticed that the staff and management were not helpful when it comes to our needs. Make you feel like you are staying a dorm with strict rules ( not that we have stayed at any) the room was not spectacular the furniture was old and the room was smelling funny, and my wife didn’t take a shower because it didn’t look clean. And finally the manager on the last day of the reunion was not helpful at all, while multiple families joined this reunion, and many kids are with us, he didn’t even want them to have kids juice from outside. Everything has to be through them and sure it is not well prepared or presented. I would call it a disappointment if you are staying there with family. Will not stay here again even if they pay me to do so.
We had a family reunion in mid June, the Hotel very spacious, the outdoor area very nice, lots of walking and Hiking . for elderly is not easy because of long distances. the Hotel needs renovation. the front desk staff Krystal was very nice, courteous and helpful. the breakfast area staff were great but the manager on sunday 6/17 was not helpful and did not work with us to get what we need.
