Buffet was outstanding

We enjoyed the large buffet that they had inside the casino. It had a large selection of foods, Chinese, American, salad and desserts, etc. The casino was nice, not to smokey. They also had some nice shops and other eateries inside.

Amazing Time in Wonderful Resort!

We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Seneca Niagara Casino and Resort while we visited the Niagara Falls area in NY! You can see the resort from the distance since it dominates the landscape! The hotel tower sits tall while the large casino floor below covers the first and main floor. I loved the size of the casino and how well it is separated from the hotel. There are two entrances; the main entrance where immediate to your left you will find check- in and the valet services; to the right, retail stores and restaurants. If you go straight from this entrance there is two entries into the casino, one on the left parallel to the main hall; this will lead you to the high rollers and high stakes area. If you go @100ft straight from the main entrance you will find a second entrance where you can oversee the entire casino. Along this way you will find the major restaurants of the resort, Koi, La Cascada and 3 Sisters Café. Once on the casino floor you can see and hear slots machine everywhere and you can easily spot the major entertainment area, Stir and observe the location of Thunder Falls Buffet. The second entrance into the resort leads directly into the casino with large hall extending the length; on the right you will find restaurants and entertainment hall while on the left the bus depot and other retail spaces. Our valet and check-in experiences were excellent, quick and friendly. Our room on the 21st floor was amazing! Spacious, clean and comfortable! We did not have a chance to enjoy the pool area, but it looked inviting! We absolutely loved the location! So close to Niagara Falls State Park and just a hop away from Old Falls Street! We did not take advantage of the resort’s shuttle since everything seemed to be within walking distance, but we did take the Discover Niagara Shuttle- a free service that will stop @17 different attraction destinations in the Niagara Falls area, including Old Fort Niagara, the lovely towns of Lewiston and Youngstown, museum, aquarium, and more. There is a stop for this shuttle conveniently located right outside the main resort entrance, across the park, by the Old Falls Street. We truly enjoyed our stay at Seneca Niagara Casino and Resort! The space, location and amazing friendly staff made our stay a delight!

Loved it!

Drove here from Toronto (having flown in from London Heathrow) and straight away had the car valet parked, free parking! The staff were welcoming and helpful at all times. Our room was fantastic, the bed was amazing, we loved the bathroom, and the casino was a sight to behold. Joined the casino, again it was free and we were given a free buffet meal with a great choice of food from grills to Asian via Italian. The hotel is a short walk to rainbow bridge and into Canada where the best views of the falls can be had. We were lucky to be there on Canada day and had a superb view of the fireworks from our bedroom window. Overall the hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the room was reasonably priced with a good location for the falls.

The place to stay in Niagara falls

Excellent facilities, some people may not like that smoking is allowed, does not bother me. Great central location to be anywhere in town, 7 minute walk to Rainbow bridge, what more could you ask for? Oh yeah, some of the most amazing pancakes I have ever had.

The hotel is nice .. clean .. well managed .. not cheap or giving much for rewards .. but my biggest no is charging $2 for a bottle of water in the room 😡😡😡 really for the cheapest thing should be totally free stocked in the fridge .... and don’t touch the chocolates $15 & $10 omg talk about taking advantage..
