How to Get There
Love the staffs and the y are really helpful . however , I found out that due to hotel policy , there was no slippers provided even we really need that . Suggest Slippers shall be prepared just in case some situation urgently needed thanks .....
I've visited NYC countless times and stayed all over Manhattan. This time was my first time in downtown in the Financial District. Hotel is right across from the 9/11 Memorial and two minute walk from the Oculus in which you can catch several trains to go uptown.
The hotel itself is a few months old and connected to its sister hotel Club Quarters. We had access to both.
Super friendly staff (even gifted my mom a bottle of wine for her birthday)
Snack area and refillable water stations on our floor
Good sized hotel room with two comfy beds
Close to subway
A bit pricey for our stay but maybe it was the season ($1100 for 4 nights)
Away from the action so a bit too quiet at night/weekend as it is in the business area.
Overall it was a good option and recommend as an open if you need to stay in the area.
Checked in a little over an hour ago and it seems like everywhere I turn I find something else wrong with the room. The photos illustrate some details of how rundown the room is. What the photos can’t portray is the paper thin walls - I can literally hear my neighbor’s phone conversation. Every time someone opens or closes their door the walls vibrate. The photos also can’t capture the stale/moldy smell either.
If there was any way to get my money back and move to another hotel I would be out of here!
