As a far as being a friendly well appointed room, the West 57th Street by Hilton Club was on par. When it came to cleanliness it was very very disappointing. There were urine stains on the floor in bathroom, there was a bunch of hair in the sink it was not at all what we were hoping for. The bed was comfortable and there was little street noise so we were able to get a good sleep, but we definitely expected a clean room which we did not receive.
This vacation club property by Hilton is overall excellent and the proximity to Central Park, great shopping, subway access and dining is certainly a plus! We loved our accommodations (just wish we weren’t forced to move rooms (merged two reservations). A few of the front desk staff seem very disinterested in their guests (or maybe it was just us?)Obviously it didn’t deter us ....we actually bought here!
