I will come back
Stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for 2 nights. Excellent all round as you would expect. Service was exceptional. Can’t fault it. What else can I say. It’s the Waldorf Astoria!!
Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a nice stay in New York.
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over te years and I stayed a single night and I am glad it was not longer. I arrived at 4.30pm and my suite was not ready I had a dinner engagement and needed to get changed as I had been flying for 9 hours, for a dinner engagement. I got my suite at 5.10 pm the suite was nice enough but not exactly what I ordered in my reservation. I returned to the hotel I realised I had left my key in the room so I went to the front desk they messed me about for 15mins before I could get back to the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned since I left the hotel. Just not good enough. I have learnt my lesson and will not be going back to the New york Waldorf.
