Perfect location

This hotel is in the perfect location! A half block from Broadway & Times Square in the Theater District. The lobby is nothing special, as is the streetfront of the hotel. Our room was clean and very nice. We had a King Deluxe. The bed was ok, not bad, but not exceptional. The toiletries in the bathroom were great! I usually don't use them, but I loved them all. The continental breakfast offered a nice array of options, and was well stocked. The coffee was very good. The free wi-fi was a nice bonus. We had a bit of a problem checking in. We arrived at about 11:30am. I had been told the day before, that it was possible that our room could be ready by 10:30 am, although check in was officially at 4pm. Our room was not ready, so we left our bags, with a promise that we'd be texted as soon as our room was ready. We checked back at about 3pm, even tho we had not been texted. Still not ready, they'd text. We came back about seven, still no text, and were finally able to check in. As we checked in, I heard someone asking about a wine and cheese hour. We had missed it! I remarked to my husband, that I would have loved a glass of wine after such a hectic day. The male who checked us in heard me, and asked what kind of wine we liked, and said that he would send some up, on the house! Within minutes, two bottles of wine, on ice and 2 glasses arrived. To be able to relax in our room, with a glass of wine, really made up for our late check in! The whole staff was very nice and I would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed at The Pearl for one night, while my mother stayed for two nights. We were in NYC to see a show and shop. Our rooms were updated and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel has a small workout room and offers an extensive "wine and cheese" each afternoon beginning at 4pm and a continental breakfast each morning. The staff was kind enough to provide almond milk for my daughter who does not drink cow's milk. Overall, this hotel enhanced our time in NY and I would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, close to Times Square with excellent service!

The is our second stay at the Pearl and it remains as good as we remember. The hotel and rooms are tranquil and quite even though it is so centrally located. The staff are amazingly helpful - from front desk to room attendants and Abu in the breakfast dining area. All are deserving of praise. I fully recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you so much for everything you did for us!!!!!

Good location, close to Times Square but far away enough so that you are not immersed into the crowds upon leaving the front door. Within a couple of blocks from the theaters we visited. The staff was wonderful and provided great recommendations for restaurants.

A Find in Times Square

We stayed for a few days during a recent visit. A very pleasant surprise. The Pearl is a small hotel, but it has lots of perks. The location is perfect, directly across from the Eugene O'Neill theater on 49th street. The doormen and the front desk staff are very attentive, considerate and helpful. Check in/check out was seamless and quick. The hotel was very clean, the rooms adequate size and the beds very comfortable. The fitness center was small, but clean and adequate for the size of the hotel. All in all, a very nice stay at the Pearl.
