Love this hotel...love the location, love the price, love the service, love the "NYC" experience when staying here. Always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. walking distance to a good food market, restaurants, stores of all kinds, and of course Rockefeller Center!

Overall pretty great

Amazing location, the employees were absolutely wonderful! They were welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out. The only thing is that there were 2 men that knocked on my door randomly to do a pest inspection which I’ve never ever had happen at any hotel I’ve every stayed at, so that was a bit weird. They didn’t even give me enough time to get up from my bed and open the door before they started walking in even though I had the “do not disturb” sign up. However, when I complained to the front desk, they agreed that it shouldn’t be happening and that they use a 3rd party to inspect for pests and apologized and gave us a voucher for a breakfast at the Terrace next door. Besides that incident, I couldn’t be more pleased as this is in the center of every place that tourists want to see in New York, plus it is very reasonably priced.

Great Staff!

We stayed at The Jewel facing Rockefeller Center, our room was great with a much bigger than expected terrace, but our A/C kept going out. (It was hot there) The amazing staff, not only gave us another room, moved our luggage for us while we were out, gave us three days of free breakfast, but then also gave us more than a night’s stay comp. The A/C not working sucked, but they handled it very professionally, kudos! I would recommend.

Fabulous location with helpful staff. Small lobby but very well organized. Rooms are good size with comfortable bed. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Hotel is part of Club Quarters. You can pair your smart phone and you no longer need a room key. This adds to the comfort.

The Hotel and staff are fantastic. Perfect location. Got our breakfast every morning in simply food next door and off we went exploring new york. There is so much to see and do in this area and to have your hotel close was ideal. Short walk to central park and the museums. Rockefeller at your doorstep.
