Some issues but overall great.

We stayed in August, bit to close Times Square ( once you done it, you won't want to again), but manageable.
Proplems with checking in, moved room twice, first room I sat on the toilet and could feel drip on my head, yes the ceiling was leaking.
Issues sorted quick, no other problems, great hotel.

The only great thing..... location of the Hotel

It was our daughters first ever trip to the USA and we were really excited to be returning especially to the Millennium Broadway. Sadly what we have experienced before was no way near what it was like for us now. Firstly the room. Extremely tired looking and in need of a make over. The furniture was very dated and scratched, handles not on securely. The duvet on the bed had no cover on it. For a hotel of this standard I expected to have a duvet with a cover on it. I know you don't put the full bedspreads on but a duvet cover is a standard item. The air conditioning grills we extremely dirty hadn't been cleaned for a while. We reported the toilet seat four days in a row no one came to fix it. It was falling off! For a 4* Hotel we were extremely disappointed and wished we had booked the hotel I was recommended by a work colleague. I will certainly not be returning to this hotel when we visit New York in the future. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times, as I say never again.

The Millennium Broadway (July 2018)

We enjoyed staying in The Millennium Broadway Hotel.

The hotel room we stayed in could do with a bit of TLC but it was value for money and it did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

Our 44th floor room had views of the Empire State Building, local high-rise buildings and looked down on the constantly illuminated Times Square.

It was very well located in Midtown so we were within easy walking distance of Times Square, the Rockefeller Center, the ferry pier on the Hudson River (where we boarded the Manhattan Sightseeing Ferry), Penn Station, Port Authority Coach Station and subways to Lower Manhattan and Central Park.

It was also close to the regular bus routes and the Sightseeing open-top buses but we never took up those options.

A hearty buffet-breakfast was included in our room rate and provided us with a wholesome start to our day. The room was clean, serviced daily with fresh towels and all the hotel staff were friendly, polite and eager to serve.

We would certainly recommend The Millennium Broadway Hotel.

Nice hotel with great location. I booked special room with time square view and it was very nice. Be aware that it was kinda noisy around 10-11pm. A little bit pricey for me but overall it was ok. I wish we had a mini fridge and coffee machine in the room.

Great Hotel for Broadway and New Square!!

Walking distance to just about everything. Rooms are beautiful, beds comfortable, concierge was great in getting us excellent seats to CHICAGO! Enjoy dining there as well! Will definitely stay there again!!!
