Beaufitul hotel right in the heart of Times Square.

We were attending a show on Broadway so wanted to stay close by. Property is beautiful and wonderfully clean. We were warmly greeted by the check-in person who alerted the Concierge of our arrival. We had been in touch during the week about some specifics and she came out to greet us and gave us a small gift! What a nice touch. Room was very clean - balcony room! Lovely and clean. Maid was nice as well. Bed is very comfy, room was cool, quiet and dark!

What a great place to stay

I was recently had a midweek trip to New York for business. My sister came for a visit while I was in town. All I can say is this hotel is amazing. It was very centrally located, and the rooms were pristine. I would recommend it for anyone trying to stay in Manhattan

There is nothing but praise to bestow on this hotel, from staff welcome, exceptional room with rare two queen beds, and more, we have rarely been so welcome in a big city. Members of the Hyatt travel program receive over the top great treatment.

Great hotel from all point of views. It’s placed just next to Times Square -what can you wish more. The people in the hotel are friendly, helpful, the view from our room on the 47th floor was incredible (especially during a storm😉), rooms are modern, spacious and the bathroom was huge and great. Hotel to be revisited !!!!

Too short staying, unfortunately

There were two options for us how to spend our time between flights at JFK:
• To have a calm relax somewhere close by
• To drive to Manhattan through traffic jams, crowds, etc.
Option No.2 gad been chosen by a majority of votes (2 of 2). So, Hyatt Centric Times Square became our night refuge that way there.
Upon checking in the receptionist kindly reminded me about my deliveries which I’d ordered from Amazon – some vinyl and CD’s – the preparations for the next Hard Rock trips. Many thanks for that, ‘cause I’d almost forgotten of them...
The next mandatory stage at Manhattan hotels – the first imagination of a view. And it was fantastic with a piece of Times Square from a 30+ floor!
Our try to have a short walk failed as it’d been practically impossible to hew a passage through crowd around Times Square, and then we recalled about a bar at the hotel’s 54 floor. Once there we took the point that our room view wasn’t seriously worse. It made us go downstairs to the hotel’s T45 bar & restaurant where we spent a marvelous hour sipping Bourbon (myself) & Chardonnet (my wife).
The next morning, we were permitted for a late check out having had an opportunity for one more (and more successful) walk near Times Square – due to too early time for the most of the rubbernecks...
Good relax, even it was too short – just between the flights.
