How to Get There
Had a pleasant stay at a clean Pet friendly and reasonably priced hotel in a convenient area of Manhattan.Many places claiming to be pet friendly charge exorbitant extra fees. I thought the Hayden was reasonable. Staff was great and helpful. Will return
We booked this hotel as we wanted to be near Madison Square for a concert we were attending. The street is convenient as far as MSG and train to South Ferry and Uptown.
Other than these, it is simply like any regular hotel around the area. We were right in the middle of the flower and plant district so that was great.

•the wall in the bathroom looked like it was in the middle of a patchwork
•we found the lobby staff friendly enough, but not overly helpful (even judgemental when we asked what the craft beer scene was like). In our experience, if you don’t know how to answer something, you would ask someone and then relay that information. At least you tried. That’s what differentiates good customer service to great customer experience. As hotel staff, you should be the ambassador of the city and surrounding area.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Everything was almost perfect, position great , staff was very kind and available! We could use also the meeting center which was great! Room was nice and clean
