The Heart of Times Square
Reviewed 14 hours ago

This hotel is right in the middle of Times Square, and is a short walk from Broadway and many other attractions. Despite being right in the middle of everything, it is remarkably quiet. We didn’t have any problems with noise.

Everything about the hotel is exceptional - it is clean and well-maintained, and the fitness center and breakfast buffet are wonderful. It was great to know that we had a quiet, comfortable room to come back to after a long day in the city. Highly recommended!

weekend gateway to NY

We decided to go to NY for a weekend and stayed at the Hilton Times Square. The check in was easy with great customer service. Luis provided us with a complementary gift upon our arrival in the room for our anniversary as promised and was extremely helpful. It is conveniently located to by Times Square attractions. The hotel is awesome in terms of service and value. The top roof restaurant has a nice view . Their breakfast is good for the money and affordable in a place like NY. I totally recommend this hotel.

Great service, nice accomodations, and very convenient

We went to NYC to see Harry Potter, which was literally across the street from this Hilton. That was our initial reason for picking it. But much to our surprise, the room was very spacious, the breakfast was included and the food was excellent. Staff here were very helpful and courteous. We usually stay at a different hotel chain but after this visit we plan on staying here for future NY visits.

Hard to Find Hilton
Reviewed 3 days ago

We spent two nights in the Hilton Times Square. It is located on42nd Street and has the same address as Madame Tussaud’s and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not which is adjacent to it. The only marking for the hotel is a small marquee and the entrance looks like a second class office building lobby. There is a small bellmen desk and two elevators to take up to the lobby. Although there was a sign about security (see photo) there was none enforced there or at the room elevators.
The elevators were not even keyed. This is very surprising considering the surrounding area is densely populated and transient.
The upper lobby was nicely decorated and had many seating areas., a bar and a restaurant.
The room was attractive and large for a NYC hotel and had a nice view from the 39 th floor. The bathroom was roomy but poorly laid out and inconvenient. The lack of counter storage space was not helped by the fact that the toilet seat did not have a cover so nothing could be rested on it. The shower was handheld and had weak pressure.
Our two nights came to $733.72 and we will not be back.

Great location

Great view of the Hudson from 3119. Comfortable room, huge tv. Very happy with the hotel. Only irritation was that reception staff had booked a car for us to return to JFK, car never arrived and no one wanted anything to do with this when we were getting a bit worried about getting to the airport. Hotel should just book with trusted & reliable car companies and should not offer service if they’re not sure of reliability - felt fobbed off . Ended up having to split our family party and wait for 2 yellow cabs.
