Wonderful Hotel

Stayed for two nights in May and had a wonderful time with my family. Place was lovely and my room was very clean. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. This was a family trip and all of us have agreed that we will be back.

Terrible, filthy, AVOID

I chose this hotel as it was city centre east and the price was slightly cheaper than other hotels in the area. I was surprised to read the diverse reviews of this hotel; some were excellent, some complained of dirt and blood on sheets. Let me tell you, the latter is true. The hotel has a musty smell to it, but that's not really the issue. Upon entering my room, there was no air flow, when the air conditioner was turned on, the vents pumped in warm, smelly air and there was a construction site literally right outside my window. My drapes did not close properly so workmen could see in. Worst of all, there looked to be dried blood on my sheets and one of my hand towels looked had some brown crusty matter on it. I am attaching pictures as proof, but I will not speculate what this was. This is an awful hotel. There are so many options in New York City. Avoid this one!

Great Stay in Midtown

We stayed for two nights at the Fitzpatrick Manhattan hotel. The location couldn't have been more convenient for us--right near the subway and walking distance from Central Park and several museums. Best of all we were upgraded to a suite and had more space than we knew what to do with on the 15th floor. It was a great stay and I look forward to an opportunity to return!

Outstanding

Was coming to NYC for treatment at Cornell, wanted to stay somewhere close by hospital, but not so far away that my family couldn’t walk to major stores, etc. Fitzpatrick was PERFECT. Close to everything (walking distance), only a 10 min drive to hospital. Strongly recommend. Very nice folks, check in easy, housekeeping kept our room spotless.

We spent a wonderful 6 days in New York a couple of weeks ago. This hotel was recommended to me. The location is perfect - close to Bloomingdale’s and Central Park! The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooms have been refurbished however the lobby/ bar areas do need updating
