2nd visit and just as good as first visit

I am currently staying at Fitzpatrick Manhattan and due to leave tomorrow. I am travelling on a very special occasion with my mum and when this was mentioned to the manager Chris o Sullivan he could not of gone out his way to enrich my experience. This hotel not being a chain could sometimes be over looked but it would be the worse decision you could make.
Chris has a great team of workers who always greet you with a warm smile and the location on this hotel is spot on.
Well kept rooms (it is worth upgrading to a suite as personally for the difference you would not be able to get this anywhere else).

I will recommend this hotel to all my customers and friends and family.

Thank you so much for having us ☺️

Excellent Hotel with Wonderful Service

The Fitzpatrick Manhattan is a great hotel in Midtown East. Short walk to Central Park, Times Square, Grand Central Station. Just 2 blocks from the green line subway which was convenient to go to Statue of Liberty, Chinatown, and Little Italy.

The service was outstanding and Yanesh Ramnarine went out of his way to help us when we left some items in the safe. We didn't realize it until we were out of state and he was kind enough to FedEx everything back to us. Amazing that he was so generous and accommodating given our mistake.

Rooms were very nice and large for Manhattan standards. We had a 2 room suite which was perfect for our family of 4. Kids slept on pull out couch bed in separate room from our king bedroom. Was great to be able to shut the door and let them sleep while we watched TV.

The hotel has access to a fitness center a few blocks away which was pretty big and had:
- Cardio room
- Weight room with both free weights and machines
- Pool
Its included in the room so there were no additional charges.

I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay here again on our next trip to NYC.

STOLEN ITEMS FROM ROOM!!!

I've never left a 1 star review before but after something went missing in my room, I caution those who plan on making accommodations here. This has never been an issue in the past and I'm a bit disappointed with the staff's response on how they handled the situation. First time and last time staying at the Fitzpatrick.

Loved it!

Beautiful rooms. Very nice staff. Great location. Excellent restaurant. Would definitely book again! Must sees are Central Park, Tavern on the Green, the children’s water park, Liberty Island, Ellis Island and the 911 Memorial. Enjoy!!

For years, our first hotel choice is always the Fitz. Comfortable and spotless rooms, great front desk and hospitality teams and a great vibe. Located two blocks from the subway and an easy walk to Madison and 5th Avenues, it’s a good location too.
